Salmos 137

Car là, ceux qui nous tenaient captifs nous demandaient des hymnes et des cantiques, nos oppresseurs, des chants joyeux : « Chantez-nous un cantique de Sion ! »

Y los que allí nos habían llevado cautivos nos pedían que cantásemos, y los que nos habían desolado nos pedían alegría, diciendo:

For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion.

For there, those who led us captive asked us for songs. Those who tormented us demanded songs of joy: “Sing us one of the songs of Zion!”
