Salmos 138

Jusqu'à la Fin. Psaume de David. Seigneur, tu m'as éprouvé, et tu m'as connu ;

Salmo de David. ALABARTE he con todo mi corazón: delante de los dioses te cantaré salmos.

I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

I will give you thanks with my whole heart. Before the gods, I will sing praises to you.

Tu connais mon repos et mon réveil ;

Encorvaréme al templo de tu santuario, y alabaré tu nombre por tu misericordia y tu verdad: porque has hecho magnífico tu nombre, y tu dicho sobre todas las cosas.

I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

I will bow down toward your holy temple, and give thanks to your Name for your loving kindness and for your truth; for you have exalted your Name and your Word above all.

Tu as compris de loin toutes mes pensées ; tu as recherché mon sentier et le fil de ma vie.

En el día que clamé, me respondiste; esforzásteme con fortaleza en mi alma.

In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, and strengthenedst me with strength in my soul.

In the day that I called, you answered me. You encouraged me with strength in my soul.

Et tu as prévu toutes mes voies, et reconnu que sur ma langue il n'est point de paroles iniques.

Confesarte han, oh Jehová, todos los reyes de la tierra, cuando habrán oído los dichos de tu boca.

All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.

All the kings of the earth will give you thanks, LORD, for they have heard the words of your mouth.

Voilà, ô Seigneur, que tu sais toutes les choses de la fin et du commencement ; tu m'as formé et tu as posé sur moi ta main.

Y cantarán de los caminos de Jehová: que la gloria de Jehová es grande.

Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great is the glory of the LORD.

Yes, they will sing of the ways of the LORD, for the LORD’s glory is great!

Ta science sur moi est admirable et pleine de force, et je ne puis en approcher,

Porque el alto Jehová atiende al humilde; mas al altivo mira de lejos.

Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.

For though the LORD is high, yet he looks after the lowly; but he knows the proud from afar.

Où aller pour fuir ton esprit ? ou me réfugier pour échapper à ta face ?

Si anduviere yo en medio de la angustia, tú me vivificarás: contra la ira de mis enemigos extenderás tu mano, y salvaráme tu diestra.

Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Though I walk in the middle of trouble, you will revive me. You will stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies. Your right hand will save me.

Si je monte au ciel, tu y es, si je descends en enfer, tu y es présent.

Jehová cumplirá por mí: tu misericordia, oh Jehová, es para siempre; no dejarás la obra de tus manos.

The LORD will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands.

The LORD will fulfill that which concerns me. Your loving kindness, LORD, endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands.

Si, dès l'aurore, je déploie mes ailes et que je m'abrite aux extrémités de la mer,

Là encore ta main me conduit, et ta droite me retient.

Et j'ai dit : Peut-être les ténèbres me cacheront-elles ; et la nuit a été lumière sur mes voluptés.

Car pour toi, les ténèbres ne sont point ténèbres, et la nuit brille autant que le jour. Les ténèbres sont pour toi comme la lumière du jour.

Seigneur, tu es maître de mes reins ; tu m'as pris dès le sein de ma mère.

Je te rendrai gloire, parce que tes prodiges ont un éclat terrible ; tes œuvres sont merveilleuses, et mon âme le sait bien.

Mes os ne te sont point cachés, puisque tu les as cachés toi-même ; ni ma substance, quoique perdue au fond de la terre.

Tes yeux m'ont vu quand j'étais encore informe, et les hommes sont tous inscrits sur ton livre ; ils se forment jour par jour, et nul n'y échappe.

J'ai beaucoup honoré tes amis, ô mon Dieu, et leur empire s'est grandement affermi.

J'en ferai le dénombrement, et ils seront plus nombreux que les sables. Je m'éveille, et je suis encore avec toi.

—

O Dieu, si tu tues les pécheurs…\ Détournez-vous de moi, hommes de sang.

Car, Seigneur, tu dis sur leurs pensées : Ils prendront vainement tes cités.

—

—

Seigneur, n'ai-je point haï ceux qui te haïssent, et ne me suis-je pas consumé en voyant tes ennemis ?

—

—

Je les ai haïs d'une haine parfaite ; ils sont devenus mes ennemis.

—

—

—

Éprouve-moi, mon Dieu, et connais mon cœur ; sonde-moi, et connais mes sentiers.

—

—

—

Et vois s'il est en moi quelque voie d'iniquité, et conduis-moi dans la voie éternelle.
