Tal vez, dije yo, las tinieblas me podrán ocultar; mas la noche se convertirá en claridad para descubrirme en medio de mis placeres.

Si dijere: Ciertamente las tinieblas me encubrirán; aun la noche resplandecerá tocante á mí.

If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.

If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me. The light around me will be night,”
