O LORD, thou hast searched me, and known me.

Tu connais tous mes faits et gestes, longtemps d’avance tu es instruit de ma pensée.
Tú has conocido mi sentarme y mi levantarme, has entendido desde lejos mis pensamientos.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought afar off.
You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar.
Ma marche et mon repos, tu les détermines, toutes mes voies te sont familières.
Mi senda y mi acostarme has rodeado, y estás impuesto en todos mis caminos.
Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
You search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.
Certes la parole n’est pas encore née sur ma langue, que déjà, Seigneur, elle t’est dévoilée tout entière.
Pues aun no está la palabra en mi lengua, y he aquí, oh Jehová, tú la sabes toda.
For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knowest it altogether.
For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, LORD, you know it altogether.
Tu me serres de près derrière et devant, et tu poses sur moi ta main.
Detrás y delante me guarneciste, y sobre mí pusiste tu mano.
Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.
You hem me in behind and before. You laid your hand on me.
Cette science est trop prodigieuse pour moi, trop sublime pour que je puisse la saisir.
Más maravillosa es la ciencia que mi capacidad; alta es, no puedo comprenderla.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is high, I cannot attain unto it.
This knowledge is beyond me. It’s lofty. I can’t attain it.
Où me retirerais-je devant ton esprit? Où chercherais-je un refuge pour me dérober à ta face?
¿Adónde me iré de tu espíritu? ¿y adónde huiré de tu presencia?
Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
Where could I go from your Spirit? Or where could I flee from your presence?
Si j’escalade les cieux, tu es là, si je fais du Cheol ma couche, te voici encore!
Si subiere á los cielos, allí estás tú: y si en abismo hiciere mi estrado, he aquí allí tú estás.
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
If I ascend up into heaven, you are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, you are there!
Que je m’élève sur les ailes de l’aurore, pour m’établir aux confins des mers,
Si tomare las alas del alba, y habitare en el extremo de la mar,
If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea;
If I take the wings of the dawn, and settle in the uttermost parts of the sea,
là aussi ta main me guiderait, et ta droite se saisirait de moi.
Aun allí me guiará tu mano, y me asirá tu diestra.
Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

Si je dis: "Que du moins les ténèbres m’enveloppent, que la lumière du jour se change en nuit pour moi!"
Si dijere: Ciertamente las tinieblas me encubrirán; aun la noche resplandecerá tocante á mí.
If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me.
If I say, “Surely the darkness will overwhelm me. The light around me will be night,”
Les ténèbres mêmes ne sont pas obscures pour toi, la nuit est lumineuse comme le jour, l’obscurité est clarté pour toi.
Aun las tinieblas no encubren de ti, y la noche resplandece como el día: lo mismo te son las tinieblas que la luz.
Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
even the darkness doesn’t hide from you, but the night shines as the day. The darkness is like light to you.
Car c’est toi qui as façonné mes reins, tu m’as pétri dans le sein de ma mère.
Porque tú poseiste mis riñones; cubrísteme en el vientre de mi madre.
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb.
Je te rends grâce de m’avoir si merveilleusement distingué; tes œuvres sont prodigieuses, mon âme le sait parfaitement.
Te alabaré; porque formidables, maravillosas son tus obras: estoy maravillado, y mi alma lo conoce mucho.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.
Mon être n’échappa point à tes regards, quand je fus formé dans le mystère, artistement organisé dans les profondeurs de la terre.
No fué encubierto de ti mi cuerpo, bien que en oculto fuí formado, y compaginado en lo más bajo de la tierra.
My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth.
Tes yeux me voyaient, quand j’étais une masse informe, et sur ton livre se trouvaient inscrits tous les jours qui m’étaient réservés, avant qu’un seul fût éclos.
Mi embrión vieron tus ojos, y en tu libro estaban escritas todas aquellas cosas que fueron luego formadas, sin faltar una de ellas.
Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them.
Mais pour moi, ô Dieu, que tes pensées m’accablent! Que leur somme est infinie!
Así que ¡cuán preciosos me son, oh Dios, tus pensamientos! ¡cuán multiplicadas son sus cuentas!
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is their sum!
Les compterai-je? Elles sont plus nombreuses que les grains de sable; quand je me réveille, je suis encore plein de ta pensée.
Si los cuento, multiplícanse más que la arena: despierto, y aun estoy contigo.
If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: when I awake, I am still with thee.
If I would count them, they are more in number than the sand. When I wake up, I am still with you.
Ah! si seulement, ô Dieu, tu faisais périr l’impie! Si seulement les hommes de sang s’éloignaient de moi!
De cierto, oh Dios, matarás al impío; apartaos pues de mí, hombres sanguinarios.
Surely thou wilt slay the wicked, O God: depart from me therefore, ye bloody men.
If only you, God, would kill the wicked. Get away from me, you bloodthirsty men!
Car ils te nomment à l’appui de leurs desseins criminels; eux, tes adversaires, invoquent ton nom pour le mensonge.
Porque blasfemias dicen ellos contra ti: tus enemigos toman en vano tu nombre.
For they speak against thee wickedly, and thine enemies take thy name in vain.
For they speak against you wickedly. Your enemies take your name in vain.
A coup sûr, je déteste ceux qui te haïssent, j’ai en horreur ceux qui se dressent contre toi.
¿No tengo en odio, oh Jehová, á los que te aborrecen, y me conmuevo contra tus enemigos?
Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
LORD, don’t I hate those who hate you? Am I not grieved with those who rise up against you?
Je leur ai voué une haine infinie, je les considère comme des ennemis.
Aborrézcolos con perfecto odio; téngolos por enemigos.
I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.
I hate them with perfect hatred. They have become my enemies.
Scrute-moi, ô Dieu, et examine mon cœur; éprouve-moi, et prends connaissance de mes pensées.
Examíname, oh Dios, y conoce mi corazón: pruébame y reconoce mis pensamientos:
Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts:
Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts.
Tu verras s’il est en moi des habitudes vicieuses: guide-moi dans le chemin de l’éternité.
Y ve si hay en mí camino de perversidad, y guíame en el camino eterno.
And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
