Salmos 13

To the chief musician, a psalm of David.(13:2) How long, O Lord, wilt thou forget me continually! how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. ¿HASTA cuándo, Jehová? ¿me olvidarás para siempre? ¿hasta cuándo esconderás tu rostro de mí?

How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?

How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?

(13:3) How long shall I have to devise resolves in my soul, with grief in my heart daily? how long shall my enemy exalt himself over me?

¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?

How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart every day? How long shall my enemy triumph over me?

(13:4) Look down, answer me, O Lord my God! Enlighten my eyes, that I may not sleep the sleep of death;

Mira, óyeme, Jehová Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma en muerte;

Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;

Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;

(13:5) That my enemy may not say, I have overcome him; that my assailants may not be glad when I am moved.

Porque no diga mi enemigo, Vencílo: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.

Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed against him;” lest my adversaries rejoice when I fall.

(13:6) But I trust in thy kindness, let my heart be glad because of thy salvation:

Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado: alegraráse mi corazón en tu salud.

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

But I trust in your loving kindness. My heart rejoices in your salvation.

I will sing unto the Lord, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

Cantaré á Jehová, porque me ha hecho bien.

I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

I will sing to the LORD, because he has been good to me.
