How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me?
Wie lange noch, HERR, willst du mich ganz vergessen,</title> wie lange dein Antlitz vor mir verhüllen?
¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma, con ansiedad en mi corazón cada día? ¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, having sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

Wie lange noch soll ich Sorgen hegen in meiner Seele, Kummer im Herzen tragen Tag für Tag? Wie lange noch soll mein Feind sich gegen mich erheben?
Mira, óyeme, Jehová Dios mío: alumbra mis ojos, porque no duerma en muerte;
Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death;
Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;
Blick her, erhöre mich, HERR, mein Gott, laß die Augen mir wieder leuchten, daß zum Tode ich nicht entschlafe!
Porque no diga mi enemigo, Vencílo: mis enemigos se alegrarán, si yo resbalare.
Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; and those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

Sonst rühmt sich mein Feind: »Ich habe ihn überwältigt!«, und meine Gegner jubeln, wenn ich wanke.

But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

Doch nein, ich vertraue deiner Gnade: jauchzen soll mein Herz ob deiner Hilfe! Singen will ich dem HERRN, daß er Gutes an mir getan!
Cantaré á Jehová, porque me ha hecho bien.
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
I will sing to the LORD, because he has been good to me.
