Blessed be the Lord my God, who teacheth my hands to fight, and my fingers to war.
Salmo de David. OH Jehová, oye mi oración, escucha mis ruegos: respóndeme por tu verdad, por tu justicia.
Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
Hear my prayer, LORD. Listen to my petitions. In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me.
My mercy, and my refuge: my support, and my deliverer: My protector, and I have hoped in him: who subdueth my people under me.
Y no entres en juicio con tu siervo; porque no se justificará delante de ti ningún viviente.
And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
Don’t enter into judgment with your servant, for in your sight no man living is righteous.
Lord, what is man, that thou art made known to him? or the son of man, that thou makest account of him?
Porque ha perseguido el enemigo mi alma; ha postrado en tierra mi vida; hame hecho habitar en tinieblas como los ya muertos.
For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
For the enemy pursues my soul. He has struck my life down to the ground. He has made me live in dark places, as those who have been long dead.
Man is like to vanity: his days pass away like a shadow.
Y mi espíritu se angustió dentro de mí; pasmóse mi corazón.
Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.

Lord, bow down thy heavens and descend: touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
Acordéme de los días antiguos; meditaba en todas tus obras; reflexionaba en las obras de tus manos.
I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
I remember the days of old. I meditate on all your doings. I contemplate the work of your hands.
Send forth lightning, and thou shalt scatter them: shoot out thy arrows, and thou shalt trouble them.
Extendí mis manos á ti; mi alma á ti como la tierra sedienta. (Selah.)
I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.
I spread out my hands to you. My soul thirsts for you, like a parched land. Selah.
Put forth thy hand from on high, take me out, and deliver me from many waters: from the hand of strange children:
Respóndeme presto, oh Jehová que desmaya mi espíritu: no escondas de mí tu rostro, y venga yo á ser semejante á los que descienden á la sepultura.
Hear me speedily, O LORD: my spirit faileth: hide not thy face from me, lest I be like unto them that go down into the pit.
Hurry to answer me, LORD. My spirit fails. Don’t hide your face from me, so that I don’t become like those who go down into the pit.
Whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity.
Hazme oir por la mañana tu misericordia, porque en ti he confiado: hazme saber el camino por donde ande, porque á ti he alzado mi alma.
Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; for in thee do I trust: cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee.
Cause me to hear your loving kindness in the morning, for I trust in you. Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, for I lift up my soul to you.
To thee, O God, I will sing a new canticle: on the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings I will sing praises to thee.
Líbrame de mis enemigos, oh Jehová: á ti me acojo.
Deliver me, O LORD, from mine enemies: I flee unto thee to hide me.
Deliver me, LORD, from my enemies. I flee to you to hide me.
Who givest salvation to kings: who hast redeemed thy servant David from the malicious sword:
Enséñame á hacer tu voluntad, porque tú eres mi Dios: tu buen espíritu me guíe á tierra de rectitud.
Teach me to do thy will; for thou art my God: thy spirit is good; lead me into the land of uprightness.
Teach me to do your will, for you are my God. Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.
Deliver me, And rescue me out of the hand of strange children; whose mouth hath spoken vanity: and their right hand is the right hand of iniquity:
Por tu nombre, oh Jehová me vivificarás: por tu justicia, sacarás mi alma de angustia.
Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name’s sake: for thy righteousness’ sake bring my soul out of trouble.
Revive me, LORD, for your name’s sake. In your righteousness, bring my soul out of trouble.
Whose sons are as new plants in their youth: Their daughters decked out, adorned round about after the similitude of a temple:
Y por tu misericordia disiparás mis enemigos, y destruirás todos los adversarios de mi alma: porque yo soy tu siervo.
And of thy mercy cut off mine enemies, and destroy all them that afflict my soul: for I am thy servant.
In your loving kindness, cut off my enemies, and destroy all those who afflict my soul, for I am your servant.
Their storehouses full, flowing out of this into that. Their sheep fruitful in young, abounding in their goings forth:
