Estende tuas mãos desde o alto; livra-me, e resgata-me das muitas águas, das mãos dos filhos de estrangeiros;

Envía tu mano desde lo alto; redímeme, y sácame de las muchas aguas, de la mano de los hijos extraños;

Send thine hand from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand of strange children;

Stretch out your hand from above, rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hands of foreigners,
