Grande es el Señor Dios nuestro, y grande su poderío, y sin límites su sabiduría.

El Señor es quien ampara a los humildes, y abate hasta el suelo a los soberbios pecadores.

Entonad himnos al Señor con acciones de gracias; cantad salmos a nuestro Dios al son de la cítara.

El es el que cubre el cielo de nubes, y dispone así la lluvia para la tierra; el que produce en los montes el heno, y la hierba para los animales del servicio de los hombres.

El despacha sus órdenes a la tierra; órdenes que se comunican velozmente.

El nos da la nieve como copos de lana; esparce la escarcha como ceniza.

El despide el granizo en menudos pedazos; al rigor de su frío, ¿quién resistirá?

Pero luego despacha sus órdenes, derrite estas cosas; hace soplar su viento, y fluyen las aguas.

No ha hecho otro tanto con las demás naciones, ni les ha manifestado a todas ellas sus juicios o preceptos. ¡Aleluya!
No ha hecho esto con toda gente; y no conocieron sus juicios. Aleluya.
He hath not dealt so with any nation: and as for his judgments, they have not known them. Praise ye the LORD.
