daß sie Rache üben unterden Heiden, Strafe unter den Volkern,

Para hacer venganza de las gentes, y castigo en los pueblos;

To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;

to execute vengeance on the nations, and punishments on the peoples;
