1Al Capo de’ musici. Salmo di Davide. L’Eterno ti risponda nel dì della distretta; il nome dell’Iddio di Giacobbe ti levi in alto in salvo;
2ti mandi soccorso dal santuario, e ti sostenga da Sion;
3si ricordi di tutte le tue offerte ed accetti il tuo olocausto. Sela.
4Ti dia egli quel che il tuo cuore desidera, e adempia ogni tuo disegno.
5Noi canteremo d’allegrezza per la tua vittoria, e alzeremo le nostre bandiere nel nome dell’Iddio nostro. L’Eterno esaudisca tutte le tue domande.
6Già io so che l’Eterno ha salvato il suo Unto, e gli risponderà dal cielo della sua santità, con le potenti liberazioni della sua destra.
7Gli uni confidano in carri, e gli altri in cavalli; ma noi ricorderemo il nome dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio nostro.
8Quelli piegano e cadono; ma noi restiamo in piè e teniam fermo.
9O Eterno, salva il re! L’Eterno ci risponda nel giorno che noi l’invochiamo!

2Envíete ayuda desde el santuario, y desde Sión te sostenga.
3Haga memoria de todos tus presentes, y reduzca á ceniza tu holocausto. (Selah.)
4Déte conforme á tu corazón, y cumpla todo tu consejo.
5Nosotros nos alegraremos por tu salud, y alzaremos pendón en el nombre de nuestro Dios: cumpla Jehová todas tus peticiones.
6Ahora echo de ver que Jehová guarda á su ungido: oirálo desde los cielos de su santidad, con la fuerza de la salvación de su diestra.
7Estos confían en carros, y aquéllos en caballos: mas nosotros del nombre de Jehová nuestro Dios tendremos memoria.
8Ellos arrodillaron, y cayeron; mas nosotros nos levantamos, y nos enhestamos.
9Salva, Jehová: que el Rey nos oiga el día que lo invocáremos.

1The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee;
2Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion;
3Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah.
4Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel.
5We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions.
6Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.
7Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God.
8They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright.
9Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call.
World English Bible
1May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble. May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high,
2send you help from the sanctuary, grant you support from Zion,
3remember all your offerings, and accept your burned sacrifice. Selah.
4May he grant you your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your counsel.
5We will triumph in your salvation. In the name of our God, we will set up our banners. May the LORD grant all your requests.
6Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed. He will answer him from his holy heaven, with the saving strength of his right hand.
