Dem Vorsänger. Ein Psalm Davids. (021-2) O HERR, es freut sich der König in deiner Kraft, und wie frohlockt er so sehr ob deinem Heil!
Al Músico principal: Salmo de David. ALEGRARÁSE el rey en tu fortaleza, oh Jehová; y en tu salud se gozará mucho.
The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!
The king rejoices in your strength, LORD! How greatly he rejoices in your salvation!
(021-3) Du hast ihm gegeben, was sein Herz wünschte, und ihm nicht verweigert, was seine Lippen begehrten. (Pause.)
El deseo de su corazón le diste, y no le negaste lo que sus labios pronunciaron. (Selah.)
Thou hast given him his heart’s desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. Selah.
You have given him his heart’s desire, and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.
(021-4) Denn du begegnetest ihm mit köstlichen Segnungen, du setztest eine goldene Krone auf sein Haupt.
Pues le has salido al encuentro con bendiciones de bien: corona de oro fino has puesto sobre su cabeza.
For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head.
For you meet him with the blessings of goodness. You set a crown of fine gold on his head.
(021-5) Er bat dich um Leben, da gabst du es ihm, Verlängerung der Tage immer und ewiglich.
Vida te demandó, y dístele largura de días por siglos y siglos.
He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever.
He asked life of you and you gave it to him, even length of days forever and ever.
(021-6) Er hat große Ehre durch dein Heil; du legst Hoheit und Pracht auf ihn;
Grande es su gloria en tu salud: honra y majestad has puesto sobre él.
His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him.
His glory is great in your salvation. You lay honor and majesty on him.
(021-7) denn du setzest ihn zum Segen für immer, erquickst ihn mit Freude durch dein Angesicht.
Porque lo has bendecido para siempre; llenástelo de alegría con tu rostro.
For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance.
For you make him most blessed forever. You make him glad with joy in your presence.
(021-8) Denn der König vertraut auf den HERRN, und durch die Gnade des Höchsten wird er nicht wanken.
Por cuanto el rey confía en Jehová, y en la misericordia del Altísimo, no será conmovido.
For the king trusteth in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved.
For the king trusts in the LORD. Through the loving kindness of the Most High, he shall not be moved.
(021-9) Deine Hand wird alle deine Feinde finden, deine Rechte wird finden deine Hasser.
Alcanzará tu mano á todos tus enemigos; tu diestra alcanzará á los que te aborrecen.
Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee.
Your hand will find out all of your enemies. Your right hand will find out those who hate you.
(021-10) Du wirst sie machen wie einen feurigen Ofen zur Zeit deines Erscheinens, der HERR wird sie in seinem Zorn verschlingen, das Feuer wird sie fressen.
Ponerlos has como horno de fuego en el tiempo de tu ira: Jehová los deshará en su furor, y fuego los consumirá.
Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them.
You will make them as a fiery furnace in the time of your anger. The LORD will swallow them up in his wrath. The fire shall devour them.
(021-11) Ihre Frucht wirst du vom Erdboden vertilgen und ihren Samen unter den Menschenkindern.
Su fruto destruirás de la tierra, y su simiente de entre los hijos de los hombres.
Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men.
You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from among the children of men.
(021-12) Denn sie hegen Arges wider dich, sie schmieden Pläne, die sie nicht ausführen können.
Porque trazaron el mal contra ti: fraguaron maquinaciones, mas no prevalecerán.
For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform.
For they intended evil against you. They plotted evil against you which cannot succeed.
(021-13) Denn du machst, daß sie den Rücken zeigen; mit deiner Bogensehne zielst du gegen ihr Angesicht.
Pues tú los pondrás en fuga, cuando aparejares en tus cuerdas las saetas contra sus rostros.
Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them.
For you will make them turn their back, when you aim drawn bows at their face.
(021-14) Erhebe dich, HERR, in deiner Kraft, so wollen wir singen und preisen deine Stärke!
Ensálzate, oh Jehová, con tu fortaleza: cantaremos y alabaremos tu poderío.
Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power.
Be exalted, LORD, in your strength, so we will sing and praise your power.
