Al Músico principal, sobre Ajeleth-sahar: Salmo de David. DIOS mío, Dios mío, ¿por qué me has dejado? ¿por qué estás lejos de mi salud, y de las palabras de mi clamor?

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from helping me, and from the words of my groaning?

Mein Gott, mein Gott, warum hast du mich verlassen, †Warum †bist du fern von meiner Rettung (von meinem Schreien), †von den den Worten meiner Klage (†warum †sind die Worte meiner Klage fern von meiner Rettung; †warum †bist du fern von meiner Rettung, †fern von †meinen Worten, oh du meine Hilfe)?

Dios mío, clamo de día, y no oyes; y de noche, y no hay para mí silencio.

O my God, I cry in the daytime, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

Meine Gottheit, ich rufe Tag - doch du antwortest nicht (erhörst mich nicht) , Und Nacht - doch †es gibt nicht Ruhe für mich.

Tú empero eres santo, tú que habitas entre las alabanzas de Israel.

But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

En ti esperaron nuestros padres: esperaron, y tú los libraste.

Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

Auf dich vertrauten †doch schon unsere Vorfahren:Sie vertrauten - und du hast sie befreit.

Clamaron á ti, y fueron librados: esperaron en ti, y no se avergonzaron.

They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

They cried to you, and were delivered. They trusted in you, and were not disappointed.

Zu dir schrien sie - und wurden gerettet, Auf dich vertrauten sie - und wurden nicht zuschanden.

Mas yo soy gusano, y no hombre; oprobio de los hombres, y desecho del pueblo.

But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

Ich aber bin ein Wurm und kein Mensch (Bin ich etwa ein Wurm und kein Mensch!? / Bin ja der Leute Spott...)Der Leute Spott und verachtet vom Volk.

Todos los que me ven, escarnecen de mí; estiran los labios, menean la cabeza, diciendo:

All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

All those who see me mock me. They insult me with their lips. They shake their heads, saying,

Alle, die mich sehen, verhöhnen mich, Reißen die Lippe†n auf, schütteln den Kopf †und spotten:

Remítese á Jehová, líbrelo; sálvele, puesto que en él se complacía.

He trusted on the LORD that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

“He trusts in the LORD. Let him deliver him. Let him rescue him, since he delights in him.”

„Wälze (Er hat gewälzt) †es (dich) auf JHWH! Der wird (soll) ihn retten, Der wird (soll) ihn befreien - er hat ja Gefallen an ihm (er ist ja so gläubig)!“

Empero tú eres el que me sacó del vientre, el que me haces esperar desde que estaba á los pechos de mi madre.

But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother’s breasts.

But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust while at my mother’s breasts.

Ach! (So ists!, Denn) Du †warst es †doch, der mich aus dem Schoß hervorbrechen ließ,Der mir Vertrauen einflößte (dem ich vertraute) †schon an der Brust meiner Mutter.

Sobre ti fuí echado desde la matriz: desde el vientre de mi madre, tú eres mi Dios.

I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother’s belly.

I was thrown on you from my mother’s womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.

Auf dich bin ich geworfen †schon vom Mutterleib an, †Schon von meiner Mutter Schoß an bist du mein Gott.

No te alejes de mí, porque la angustia está cerca; porque no hay quien ayude.

Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

Don’t be far from me, for trouble is near. For there is no one to help.

Sei nicht fern von mir, Denn die Enge (Bedrängnis) †ist nahe; †Denn kein Beschützer ist da.

Hanme rodeado muchos toros; fuertes toros de Basán me han cercado.

Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

Many bulls have surrounded me. Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.

Es umgeben mich mächtige (zahlreiche) Stiere, Gewaltige Baschan†stiere umringen mich.

Abrieron sobre mí su boca, como león rapante y rugiente.

They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.

They open their mouths wide against me, lions tearing prey and roaring.

Es sperren ihr Maul auf gegen michReißende, brüllende Löwen (Sie sperren ihr Maul gegen mich auf / †wie ein reißender, brüllender Löwe).

Heme escurrido como aguas, y todos mis huesos se descoyuntaron: mi corazón fué como cera, desliéndose en medio de mis entrañas.

I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

Wie Wasser bin ich ausgeschüttet,Und es sind gelöst all meine Gebeine. Es ist mein Herz wie {das} Wachs -Es zerschmilzt in meiner Brust.

Secóse como un tiesto mi vigor, y mi lengua se pegó á mi paladar; y me has puesto en el polvo de la muerte.

My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

My strength is dried up like a potsherd. My tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You have brought me into the dust of death.

Trocken wie eine †Tonscherbe ist meine Kraft (Kehle), Meine Zunge klebt mir am Gaumen.†Bald wirst du mich in den Staub des Todes legen können (Willst du mich in den Staub des Todes legen?).

Porque perros me han rodeado, hame cercado cuadrilla de malignos: horadaron mis manos y mis pies.

For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.

Ach!, Es umgeben mich Hunde, Eine Rotte von Übeltätern umzingelt (umkreist) mich. Aufgegraben sind (†wie {der} †ein Löwe, gebunden sind) meine Hände und Füße.

Contar puedo todos mis huesos; ellos miran, considéranme.

I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

I can count all of my bones. They look and stare at me.

Zählen kann ich all meine Knochen.Und sie wollen sich weiden, sich an mir ergötzen,

Partieron entre sí mis vestidos, y sobre mi ropa echaron suertes.

They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

They divide my garments among them. They cast lots for my clothing.

Sie wollen meine Kleider unter sich aufteilenUnd das Los um mein Gewand werfen!

Mas tú, Jehová, no te alejes; fortaleza mía, apresúrate para mi ayuda.

But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

But don’t be far off, LORD. You are my help. Hurry to help me!

Aber du, JHWH, sei nicht fern,Meine Hilfe, eile zu meiner Hilfe!

Libra de la espada mi alma; del poder del perro mi única.

Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dog.

Bewahre vor dem Schwert mein Leben, Vor der Gewalt der Hunde mein Einziges!

Sálvame de la boca del león, y óyeme librándome de los cuernos de los unicornios.

Save me from the lion’s mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

Save me from the lion’s mouth! Yes, you have rescued me from the horns of the wild oxen.

Rette mich aus dem Rachen der Löwen, Vor den Hörnern der Wildstiere mein Elendes (erhöre mich, du erhörst mich/hast mich erhört).

Anunciaré tu nombre á mis hermanos: en medio de la congregación te alabaré.

I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

I will declare your name to my brothers. Among the assembly, I will praise you.

Ich will deinen Namen meinen Brüdern verkünden, In der Kultgemeinde will ich dich preisen:

Los que teméis á Jehová, alabadle; glorificadle, simiente toda de Jacob; y temed de él, vosotros, simiente toda de Israel.

Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, glorify him! Stand in awe of him, all you descendants of Israel!

„Die ihr JHWH fürchtet (verehrt), preist ihn, Alle Nachkommen Jakobs, ehret ihn, Erschauert vor ihm, alle Nachkommen Israels,

Porque no menospreció ni abominó la aflicción del pobre, ni de él escondió su rostro; sino que cuando clamó á él, oyóle.

For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

For he has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted, neither has he hidden his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.

Denn er hat nicht verachtet und nicht verabscheut Das Elend des Elenden,Er hat nicht sein Gesicht vor ihm verborgen,Und als er zu ihm schrie, erhörte er ihn!“

De ti será mi alabanza en la grande congregación; mis votos pagaré delante de los que le temen.

My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

My praise of you comes in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.

Von dir †wird sein mein Lobgesang in großer Kultgemeinde, Meine Gelübde werde ich vor denen erfüllen, die ihn fürchten (verehren):

Comerán los pobres, y serán saciados: alabarán á Jehová los que le buscan: vivirá vuestro corazón para siempre.

The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.

„Die Elenden sollen essen und satt werden (sollen sich satt essen),Es sollen JHWH preisen, die ihn verehren.Aufleben soll euer Herz für immer!“

Acordarse han, y volveránse á Jehová todos los términos de la tierra; y se humillarán delante de ti todas las familias de las gentes.

All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.

Es werden (sollen) †davon berichten und (Sie werden †davon berichten und dann werden) zu JHWH umkehren Alle Enden der ErdeUnd vor dir (vor ihm) werden (sollen) sich niederwerfen Alle Sippen der Völker †mit den Worten:

Porque de Jehová es el reino; y él se enseñoreará de las gentes.

For the kingdom is the LORD’s: and he is the governor among the nations.

For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.

„{Ja!} (Ja!, Denn) JHWHs †ist (das) das KönigtumUnd er †ist (sei) Herrscher über die Völker.“

Comerán y adorarán todos los poderosos de la tierra: postraránse delante de él todos los que descienden al polvo, si bien ninguno puede conservar la vida á su propia alma.

All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.

Ja, vor ihm werden sich niederwerfen (Es aßen und warfen sich nieder) alle Fetten der Erde,Vor seinem Gesicht sich alle beugen, die in den Staub sinken. Und †wer seine Seele nicht am Leben erhalten konnte,

La posteridad le servirá; será ella contada por una generación de Jehová.

A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.

†bei dem werden †seine Nachkommen ihm dienen. Erzählen wird man vom Herrn der Generation, die noch kommen wird Und verkünden seine Gerechtigkeit dem Volk, das noch geboren wird:„Er hat gehandelt (hat †es vollbracht)!“

Vendrán, y anunciarán al pueblo que naciere, su justicia que él hizo.

They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
