When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

Wenn sich ein Heer gegen mich lagert, so fürchtet sich mein Herz nicht, wenn sich auch Krieg gegen mich erhebt, trotzdem bin ich ein Vertrauender.

Eins habe ich von JHWH erbeten, das suche ich: zu wohnen (bleiben) im Haus JHWHs alle Tage meines Lebens, um zu sehen die Freundlichkeit (Lieblichkeit, Schönheit) JHWHs und Prüfung (Unterscheidung) in seinem Tempel.
Una cosa he demandado á Jehová, ésta buscaré: que esté yo en la casa de Jehová todos los días de mi vida, para contemplar la hermosura de Jehová, y para inquirir en su templo.
One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

Denn er wird mich bergen in seiner Hütte am Tag des Unheils, er wird mich verbergen im Versteck seines Zeltes, auf einen Felsen wird er mich heben.
Porque él me esconderá en su tabernáculo en el día del mal; ocultaráme en lo reservado de su pabellón; pondráme en alto sobre una roca.
For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Nun wird mein Haupt sich erheben über meine Feinde rings um mich her. Opfer voller Jubel will ich opfern in seinem Zelt, ich will singen und spielen für JHWH.
Y luego ensalzará mi cabeza sobre mis enemigos en derredor de mí: y yo sacrificaré en su tabernáculo sacrificios de júbilo: cantaré y salmearé á Jehová.
And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.

Verbirg dein Angesicht nicht vor mir, weise deinen Knecht nicht ab vor Zorn! Du bist meine Hilfe gewesen. Gib mich nicht auf und verlass mich nicht, Gott meines Heils!
No escondas tu rostro de mí, no apartes con ira á tu siervo: mi ayuda has sido; no me dejes y no me desampares, Dios de mi salud.
Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

Selbst wenn mein Vater und meine Mutter mich verlassen, JHWH nimmt mich auf.
Aunque mi padre y mi madre me dejaran, Jehová con todo me recogerá.

Gib mich nicht preis der Gier meiner Bedränger, denn falsche Zeugen sind gegen mich aufgestanden und der, der Unrecht (Unheil, Gewalttat) schnaubt.
No me entregues á la voluntad de mis enemigos; porque se han levantado contra mí testigos falsos, y los que respiran crueldad.
