Unto thee will I cry, O LORD my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.

Ouça a minha súplica, quando eu levantar as minhas mãos para o seu Lugar Santíssimo, quando clamar por socorro.
Oye la voz de mis ruegos cuando clamo á ti, cuando alzo mis manos hacia el templo de tu santidad.
Hear the voice of my supplications, when I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle.

Não me castigue junto com os homens perversos, com os malfeitores que desobedecem às suas leis. Eles são fingidos e falsos; falam de paz quando seu coração está cheio de ódio.

Dê a eles o castigo conforme os seus atos! Retribua-lhes de acordo com o que eles vivem fazendo; dê-lhes o que merecem.

Eles não consideram os feitos do Senhor, nem dão valor às coisas que ele criou. Por isso ele castigará e destruirá essas pessoas; nunca mais voltarão a reerguer-se.
Porque no atendieron á las obras de Jehová, ni al hecho de sus manos, derribarálos, y no los edificará.
Because they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build them up.

O Senhor é a minha força, o escudo que me protege de qualquer perigo. Nele eu confio de todo o meu coração e dele recebo ajuda. Por isso, estou cheio de alegria e louvarei o Senhor com as minhas canções.
