Porque a sua ira só dura um instante. Mas o seu interesse e cuidado por nós duram a vida toda. O choro pode durar a noite toda, mas de manhã ele nos devolve a alegria.

Porque un momento será su furor; mas en su voluntad está la vida: por la tarde durará el lloro, y á la mañana vendrá la alegría.

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
