Respóndeme pronto cuando a ti clamo; inclina tu oído y escucha el susurro de mi súplica. Sé para mí la gran roca que me protege de mis enemigos.
Inclina á mí tu oído, líbrame presto; séme por roca de fortaleza, por casa fuerte para salvarme.
Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me.
Bow down your ear to me. Deliver me speedily. Be to me a strong rock, a house of defense to save me.
Sí, tú eres mi roca y mi fortaleza; honra el nombre tuyo sacándome de este peligro.
Porque tú eres mi roca y mi castillo; y por tu nombre me guiarás, y me encaminarás.
For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.

Líbrame de la trampa que mis enemigos han armado para mí. Porque sólo en ti hallo protección.
Me sacarás de la red que han escondido para mí; porque tú eres mi fortaleza.
Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.

En tus manos encomiendo mi espíritu. Tú, el Dios que cumple sus promesas, me has rescatado.

Odio a los que adoran ídolos sin valor; yo confío en el Señor.
Aborrecí á los que esperan en vanidades ilusorias; mas yo en Jehová he esperado.
I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.
I hate those who regard lying vanities, but I trust in the LORD.
Irradio gozo por tu misericordia; porque me has escuchado en mis tribulaciones y has visto las crisis de mi espíritu.
Me gozaré y alegraré en tu misericordia; porque has visto mi aflicción; has conocido mi alma en las angustias.
I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;
I will be glad and rejoice in your loving kindness, for you have seen my affliction. You have known my soul in adversities.
No me entregaste a mi enemigo sino que me pusiste en un lugar seguro.
Y no me encerraste en mano del enemigo; hiciste estar mis pies en anchura.
And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

¡Señor, apiádate de mí en mi angustia! Tengo los ojos enrojecidos de llorar; el dolor ha quebrantado mi salud.
Ten misericordia de mí, oh Jehová, que estoy en angustia: hanse consumido de pesar mis ojos, mi alma, y mis entrañas.
Have mercy upon me, O LORD, for I am in trouble: mine eye is consumed with grief, yea, my soul and my belly.
Have mercy on me, LORD, for I am in distress. My eye, my soul, and my body waste away with grief.
Me va consumiendo la pena; mis años se han acortado, agotados por la tristeza. Mi desgracia ha acabado con mi fuerza. Me estoy acabando por dentro.
Porque mi vida se va gastando de dolor, y mis años de suspirar: hase enflaquecido mi fuerza á causa de mi iniquidad, y mis huesos se han consumido.
For my life is spent with grief, and my years with sighing: my strength faileth because of mine iniquity, and my bones are consumed.

Todos mis enemigos se burlan, mis vecinos me desprecian y mis amigos tienen miedo de acercárseme. Temen toparse conmigo; vuelven la vista cuando yo paso.
De todos mis enemigos he sido oprobio, y de mis vecinos en gran manera, y horror á mis conocidos: los que me veían fuera, huían de mí.
I was a reproach among all mine enemies, but especially among my neighbours, and a fear to mine acquaintance: they that did see me without fled from me.
Because of all my adversaries I have become utterly contemptible to my neighbors, a horror to my acquaintances. Those who saw me on the street fled from me.
Me han echado al olvido como a un muerto, como a vasija rota y desechada.
He sido olvidado de su corazón como un muerto: he venido á ser como un vaso perdido.
I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind: I am like a broken vessel.

Son muchos los rumores que he oído acerca de mí, y estoy rodeado de terror. Se han confabulado contra mí mis enemigos, porque traman quitarme la vida.
Porque he oído afrenta de muchos; miedo por todas partes, cuando consultaban juntos contra mí, é ideaban quitarme la vida.
For I have heard the slander of many: fear was on every side: while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.

Pero yo confío en ti, Señor y digo: Tú eres mi Dios.

En tus manos está mi vida entera. Rescátame de quienes me persiguen implacables.
En tu mano están mis tiempos: líbrame de la mano de mis enemigos, y de mis perseguidores.

Señor, no permitas que me avergüencen, porque a ti he clamado. Que sean avergonzados los malvados, y acallados en el sepulcro.
No sea yo confundido, oh Jehová, ya que te he invocado; sean corridos los impíos, estén mudos en el profundo.
Let me not be ashamed, O LORD; for I have called upon thee: let the wicked be ashamed, and let them be silent in the grave.
Let me not be disappointed, LORD, for I have called on you. Let the wicked be disappointed. Let them be silent in Sheol.
Que sean silenciados sus labios mentirosos, porque hablan contra los justos con orgullo, desdén e insolencia.
Enmudezcan los labios mentirosos, que hablan contra el justo cosas duras, con soberbia y menosprecio.
Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak grievous things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.
Let the lying lips be mute, which speak against the righteous insolently, with pride and contempt.
¡Cuán grande es tu bondad para los que a la vista de la gente declaran que tú los rescatarás! Porque guardas grandes bendiciones para quienes en ti confían y te reverencian.
¡Cuán grande es tu bien, que has guardado para los que te temen, que has obrado para los que esperan en ti, delante de los hijos de los hombres!
Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!
Oh how great is your goodness, which you have laid up for those who fear you, which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, before the sons of men!
Oculta a tus amados en el refugio de tu presencia, a salvo bajo tu mano, a salvo de las lenguas acusadoras.
Los esconderás en el secreto de tu rostro de las arrogancias del hombre: los pondrás en un tabernáculo á cubierto de contención de lenguas.
Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.
In the shelter of your presence you will hide them from the plotting of man. You will keep them secretly in a dwelling away from the strife of tongues.
¡Bendito el Señor, porque me ha demostrado que su infaltable amor me protege como cuando me hallaba en una ciudad a la que iban a atacar!
Bendito Jehová, porque ha hecho maravillosa su misericordia para conmigo en ciudad fuerte.
Blessed be the LORD: for he hath shewed me his marvellous kindness in a strong city.
Praise be to the LORD, for he has shown me his marvelous loving kindness in a strong city.
Hablé a la ligera cuando dije: «El Señor me ha abandonado», pues tú escuchaste mi plegaria y me respondiste.
Y decía yo en mi premura: Cortado soy de delante de tus ojos: tú empero oíste la voz de mis ruegos, cuando á ti clamaba.
For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.
As for me, I said in my haste, “I am cut off from before your eyes.” Nevertheless you heard the voice of my petitions when I cried to you.
¡Amen al Señor, ustedes los que le son fieles. El Señor protege a quienes le son leales; pero castiga duramente a cuantos lo rechazan altivos.
Amad á Jehová todos vosotros sus santos: á los fieles guarda Jehová, y paga abundantemente al que obra con soberbia.
O love the LORD, all ye his saints: for the LORD preserveth the faithful, and plentifully rewardeth the proud doer.
Oh love the LORD, all you his saints! The LORD preserves the faithful, and fully recompenses him who behaves arrogantly.
Anímense y sean fuertes todos ustedes que confían en el Señor.
Esforzaos todos vosotros los que esperáis en Jehová, y tome vuestro corazón aliento.
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.
Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in the LORD.
