Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

Dichoso el hombre a quien el Señor no arguye de pecado; y cuya alma se halla exenta de dolo.
Bienaventurado el hombre á quien no imputa Jehová la iniquidad, y en cuyo espíritu no hay superchería.
Blessed is the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

Te manifesté mi delito, y dejé de ocultar mi injusticia. Confesaré, dije yo, contra mí mismo al Señor la injusticia mía, y tú perdonaste la malicia de mi pecado.
Mi pecado te declaré, y no encubrí mi iniquidad. Confesaré, dije, contra mí mis rebeliones á Jehová; y tú perdonaste la maldad de mi pecado. (Selah.)
I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

En vista de esto, orará a ti todo hombre santo en el tiempo oportuno. Y ciertamente que en la inundación de copiosas aguas no llegarán éstas a él.
Por esto orará á ti todo santo en el tiempo de poder hallarte: ciertamente en la inundación de muchas aguas no llegarán éstas á él.
For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.
For this, let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found. Surely when the great waters overflow, they shall not reach to him.
Tú eres mi asilo en la tribulación que me tiene cercado: Tú, oh alegría mía, líbrame de los que me tienen rodeado.

Yo te daré, dijiste, inteligencia, y te enseñaré el camino que debes seguir; tendré fijos sobre ti mis ojos.

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.
Guardaos de ser semejantes al caballo y al mulo, los cuales no tienen entendimiento. Sujeta, ¡oh Señor!, con cabestro y freno las quijadas de los que se retiran de ti.
No seáis como el caballo, ó como el mulo, sin entendimiento: con cabestro y con freno su boca ha de ser reprimida, para que no lleguen á ti.
Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.
Don’t be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you.
Muchos dolores le esperan al pecador; mas al que tiene puesta en el Señor su esperanza, la misericordia le servirá de muralla.
Muchos dolores para el impío; mas el que espera en Jehová, lo cercará misericordia.
Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.
Many sorrows come to the wicked, but loving kindness shall surround him who trusts in the LORD.
Alegraos, ¡oh justos!, y regocijaos en el Señor, y gloriaos en él vosotros todos los de recto corazón.
Alegraos en Jehová, y gozaos, justos: y cantad todos vosotros los rectos de corazón.
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
