1Alegraos, oh justos, en Yahvé; a los rectos es hermosa la alabanza.
2Aclamad a Yahvé con arpa; cantadle con salterio y decacordio.
3Cantadle cántico nuevo; hacedlo bien, tañendo con júbilo.
4Porque recta es la palabra de Yahvé, y toda su obra es hecha con fidelidad.
5Él ama la justicia y el derecho; de la misericordia de Yahvé está llena la tierra.
6Por la palabra de Yahvé fueron hechos los cielos, y todo el ejército de ellos por el aliento de su boca.
7Él junta como montón las aguas del mar; él pone en depósitos los abismos.
8Tema a Yahvé toda la tierra; teman delante de él todos los habitantes del mundo.
9Porque él dijo, y fue hecho; él mandó, y existió.
10Yahvé hace nulo el consejo de las naciones, y frustra las maquinaciones de los pueblos.
11El consejo de Yahvé permanecerá para siempre; los pensamientos de su corazón por todas las generaciones.
12Bienaventurada la nación cuyo Dios es Yahvé, el pueblo que él escogió como heredad para sí.
13Desde los cielos miró Yahvé; vio a todos los hijos de los hombres.
14Desde el lugar de su morada miró sobre todos los moradores de la tierra.
15Él formó el corazón de todos ellos; atento está a todas sus obras.
16El rey no se salva por la multitud del ejército, ni escapa el valiente por la mucha fuerza.
17Vano para salvarse es el caballo; la grandeza de su poder a nadie podrá librar.
18He aquí el ojo de Yahvé sobre los que le temen, sobre los que esperan en su misericordia,
19para librar sus almas de la muerte, y para darles vida en tiempo de hambre.
20Nuestra alma espera a Yahvé; nuestra ayuda y nuestro escudo es él.
21Por tanto, en él se alegrará nuestro corazón, porque en su santo nombre hemos confiado.
22Sea tu misericordia, oh Yahvé, sobre nosotros, según esperamos en ti.

1Rejoice in the LORD, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.
2Praise the LORD with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings.
3Sing unto him a new song; play skilfully with a loud noise.
4For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.
5He loveth righteousness and judgment: the earth is full of the goodness of the LORD.
6By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.
7He gathereth the waters of the sea together as an heap: he layeth up the depth in storehouses.
8Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.
10The LORD bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect.
11The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
13The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men.
14From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth.
15He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.
16There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.
17An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.
18Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;
19To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.
20Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.
21For our heart shall rejoice in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
22Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

1Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.
2Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
3Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!
4For the LORD’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.
5He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of the LORD.
6By the LORD’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.
7He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.
8Let all the earth fear the LORD. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.
9For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.
10The LORD brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.
11The counsel of the LORD stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.
12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
13The LORD looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.
14From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,
15he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.
16There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power.
18Behold, the LORD’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness,
19to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine.
