1Alabaré al Señor, pase lo que pase. Constantemente hablaré de sus glorias y de su gracia.
2Me gloriaré de todas sus bondades para conmigo. Anímense todos los desalentados.
3Proclamemos juntos la grandeza del Señor, y ensalcemos su nombre.
4Porque clamé a él y él me respondió. Me libró de todos mis temores.
5Otros también estaban radiantes por lo que él había hecho por ellos. No estaban cabizbajos ni avergonzados.
6Este pobre clamó al Señor; el Señor lo escuchó y lo libró de todas sus tribulaciones.
7Porque el ángel del Señor acampa alrededor de todos los que le temen y los libra.
8¡Pongan a prueba a Dios, y verán cuán bueno es! Dichosos todos los que confían en él.
9Si pertenecen al Señor, reveréncienlo; porque todo el que así procede tiene cuanto necesita.
10Hasta los fuertes leoncillos a veces padecen hambre; pero los que reverenciamos al Señor jamás careceremos de bien alguno.
11Vengan hijos míos, escúchenme y dejen que les enseñe el temor del Señor.
12¿Desean larga y próspera vida?
13¡Pues cuidado con la lengua! No mientan.
14Apártense del mal y hagan el bien. Procuren vivir en paz con todo el mundo; esfuércense en ello.
15Porque los ojos del Señor observan detenidamente a los que viven como se debe, y sus oídos están contra los que hacen el mal cuando claman a él.
16Pero el rostro del Señor está contra los que hacen el mal, ha resuelto borrar de la tierra hasta el recuerdo de ellos.
17Sí, el Señor escucha al bueno cuando le pide ayuda, y lo libra de todas sus tribulaciones.
18El Señor está cerca de los que tienen el corazón quebrantado; libra a los de espíritu abatido.
19El bueno no está libre de tribulación; también tiene sus problemas pero en todos ellos lo auxilia el Señor.
20El Señor los protege de cualquier daño, ni uno de sus huesos les quebrarán.
21Al malvado ciertamente le sobrevendrá calamidad; serán castigados quienes detestan a los buenos.
22Pero el Señor redimirá a los que le sirven; no serán condenados los que confían en él.

1Salmo de David, cuando mudó su semblante delante de Abimelech, y él lo echó, y fuése. BENDECIRÉ á Jehová en todo tiempo; su alabanza será siempre en mi boca.
2En Jehová se gloriará mi alma: oiránlo los mansos, y se alegrarán.
3Engrandeced á Jehová conmigo, y ensalcemos su nombre á una.
4Busqué á Jehová, y él me oyó, y libróme de todos mis temores.
5A él miraron y fueron alumbrados: y sus rostros no se avergonzaron.
6Este pobre clamó, y oyóle Jehová, y librólo de todas sus angustias.
7El ángel de Jehová acampa en derredor de los que le temen, y los defiende.
8Gustad, y ved que es bueno Jehová: dichoso el hombre que confiará en él.
9Temed á Jehová, vosotros sus santos; porque no hay falta para los que le temen.
10Los leoncillos necesitaron, y tuvieron hambre; pero los que buscan á Jehová, no tendrán falta de ningún bien.
11Venid, hijos, oidme; el temor de Jehová os enseñaré.
12¿Quién es el hombre que desea vida, que codicia días para ver bien?
13Guarda tu lengua de mal, y tus labios de hablar engaño.
14Apártate del mal, y haz el bien; busca la paz, y síguela.
15Los ojos de Jehová están sobre los justos, y atentos sus oídos al clamor de ellos.
16La ira de Jehová contra los que mal hacen, para cortar de la tierra la memoria de ellos.
17Clamaron los justos, y Jehová oyó, y librólos de todas sus angustias.
18Cercano está Jehová á los quebrantados de corazón; y salvará á los contritos de espíritu.
19Muchos son los males del justo; mas de todos ellos lo librará Jehová.
20El guarda todos sus huesos; ni uno de ellos será quebrantado.
21Matará al malo la maldad; y los que aborrecen al justo serán asolados.
22Jehová redime el alma de sus siervos; y no serán asolados cuantos en él confían.

1I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
4I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
6This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
8O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
9O fear the LORD, ye his saints: for there is no want to them that fear him.
10The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.
11Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good?
13Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
14Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
15The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.
16The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
17The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.
18The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
19Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
20He keepeth all his bones: not one of them is broken.
21Evil shall slay the wicked: and they that hate the righteous shall be desolate.
22The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate.
World English Bible
1I will bless the LORD at all times. His praise will always be in my mouth.
2My soul shall boast in the LORD. The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
3Oh magnify the LORD with me. Let’s exalt his name together.
4I sought the LORD, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
5They looked to him, and were radiant. Their faces shall never be covered with shame.
6This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
7The LORD’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them.
8Oh taste and see that the LORD is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
9Oh fear the LORD, you his saints, for there is no lack with those who fear him.
10The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.
11Come, you children, listen to me. I will teach you the fear of the LORD.
12Who is someone who desires life, and loves many days, that he may see good?
13Keep your tongue from evil, and your lips from speaking lies.
14Depart from evil, and do good. Seek peace, and pursue it.
15The LORD’s eyes are toward the righteous. His ears listen to their cry.
16The LORD’s face is against those who do evil, to cut off their memory from the earth.
17The righteous cry, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.
18The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
19Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.
20He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken.
21Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned.
22The LORD redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned.
