(Von David.) Streite, HERR, mit denen, die gegen mich streiten, kämpfe mit denen, die mich bekämpfen!

Salmo de David. DISPUTA, oh Jehová, con los que contra mí contienden; pelea con los que me combaten.

Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.

Contend, LORD, with those who contend with me. Fight against those who fight against me.

Ergreife Tartsche und Schild, und steh auf zu meiner Hilfe!

Echa mano al escudo y al pavés, y levántate en mi ayuda.

Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help.

Und zücke den Speer und versperre den Weg gegen meine Verfolger; sprich zu meiner Seele: Ich bin deine Rettung!

Y saca la lanza, cierra contra mis perseguidores; di á mi alma: Yo soy tu salud.

Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.

Brandish the spear and block those who pursue me. Tell my soul, “I am your salvation.”

Lass beschämt und zuschanden werden, die nach meinem Leben trachten; lass zurückweichen und mit Scham bedeckt werden, die Übles gegen mich ersinnen!

Avergüéncense y confúndanse los que buscan mi alma: vuelvan atrás, y sean avergonzados los que mi mal intentan.

Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt.

Let those who seek after my soul be disappointed and brought to dishonor. Let those who plot my ruin be turned back and confounded.

Lass sie sein wie Spreu vor dem Wind, und der Engel des HERRN treibe sie fort!

Sean como el tamo delante del viento; y el ángel de Jehová los acose.

Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD chase them.

Let them be as chaff before the wind, the LORD’s angel driving them on.

Ihr Weg sei finster und schlüpfrig, und der Engel des HERRN verfolge sie!

Sea su camino oscuridad y resbaladeros; y el ángel de Jehová los persiga.

Let their way be dark and slippery: and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.

Denn ohne Ursache haben sie mir ihr Netz heimlich gelegt, ohne Ursache meiner Seele eine Grube gegraben.

Porque sin causa escondieron para mí su red en un hoyo; sin causa hicieron hoyo para mi alma.

For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit, which without cause they have digged for my soul.

For without cause they have hidden their net in a pit for me. Without cause they have dug a pit for my soul.

Über ihn komme Verderben, ohne dass er es wisse, und sein Netz, das er heimlich gelegt hat, fange ihn; zum Verderben falle er hinein!

Véngale el quebrantamiento que no sepa, y su red que escondió lo prenda: con quebrantamiento en ella caiga.

Let destruction come upon him at unawares; and let his net that he hath hid catch himself: into that very destruction let him fall.

Let destruction come on him unawares. Let his net that he has hidden catch himself. Let him fall into that destruction.

Und meine Seele wird frohlocken in dem HERRN, sich freuen in seiner Rettung.

Y gócese mi alma en Jehová; y alégrese en su salud.

And my soul shall be joyful in the LORD: it shall rejoice in his salvation.

Alle meine Gebeine werden sagen: HERR, wer ist wie du! Der du den Elenden errettest von dem, der stärker ist als er, und den Elenden und Armen von dem, der ihn beraubt.

Todos mis huesos dirán: Jehová, ¿quién como tú, que libras al afligido del más fuerte que él, y al pobre y menesteroso del que le despoja?

All my bones shall say, LORD, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?

All my bones shall say, “LORD, who is like you, who delivers the poor from him who is too strong for him; yes, the poor and the needy from him who robs him?”

Es treten ungerechte Zeugen auf; was ich nicht weiß fragen sie mich.

Levantáronse testigos falsos; demandáronme lo que no sabía;

False witnesses did rise up; they laid to my charge things that I knew not.

Unrighteous witnesses rise up. They ask me about things that I don’t know about.

Sie vergelten mir Böses für Gutes; verwaist ist meine Seele.

Volviéronme mal por bien, para abatir á mi alma.

They rewarded me evil for good to the spoiling of my soul.

They reward me evil for good, to the bereaving of my soul.

Ich aber, als sie krank waren, kleidete mich in Sacktuch; ich kasteite mit Fasten meine Seele, und mein Gebet kehrte in mein Inneres zurück;

Mas yo, cuando ellos enfermaron, me vestí de saco; afligí con ayuno mi alma, y mi oración se revolvía en mi seno.

But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

als wäre es mir ein Freund, ein Bruder gewesen, so bin ich umhergegangen; wie leidtragend um die Mutter habe ich mich trauernd niedergebeugt.

Como por mi compañero, como por mi hermano andaba; como el que trae luto por madre, enlutado me humillaba.

I behaved myself as though he had been my friend or brother: I bowed down heavily, as one that mourneth for his mother.

I behaved myself as though it had been my friend or my brother. I bowed down mourning, as one who mourns his mother.

Aber sie haben sich über mein Hinken gefreut und sich versammelt; Schmäher haben sich gegen mich versammelt, und ich kannte sie nicht; sie haben gelästert und nicht aufgehört.

Pero ellos se alegraron en mi adversidad, y se juntaron; juntáronse contra mí gentes despreciables, y yo no lo entendía: despedazábanme, y no cesaban;

But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:

But in my adversity, they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together. The attackers gathered themselves together against me, and I didn’t know it. They tore at me, and didn’t cease.

Gleich gesetzlosen Schmarotzern knirschten sie gegen mich mit ihren Zähnen.

Con los lisonjeros escarnecedores truhanes, crujiendo sobre mí sus dientes.

With hypocritical mockers in feasts, they gnashed upon me with their teeth.

Like the profane mockers in feasts, they gnashed their teeth at me.

Herr, wie lange willst du zusehen? Bring meine Seele zurück aus ihren Verwüstungen, von den jungen Löwen meine einzige!

Señor, ¿hasta cuándo verás esto? Recobra mi alma de sus quebrantamientos, mi única de los leones.

Lord, how long wilt thou look on? rescue my soul from their destructions, my darling from the lions.

Lord, how long will you look on? Rescue my soul from their destruction, my precious life from the lions.

Ich werde dich preisen in der großen Versammlung, unter zahlreichem Volk dich loben.

Te confesaré en grande congregación; te alabaré entre numeroso pueblo.

I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.

I will give you thanks in the great assembly. I will praise you among many people.

Lass sich nicht über mich freuen, die ohne Grund mir feind sind, nicht zwinkern mit den Augen, die ohne Ursache mich hassen!

No se alegren de mí mis enemigos injustos: ni los que me aborrecen sin causa hagan del ojo.

Let not them that are mine enemies wrongfully rejoice over me: neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause.

Don’t let those who are my enemies wrongfully rejoice over me; neither let those who hate me without a cause wink their eyes.

Denn nicht von Frieden reden sie; und gegen die Stillen im Land ersinnen sie trügerische Dinge.

Porque no hablan paz; y contra los mansos de la tierra piensan palabras engañosas.

For they speak not peace: but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.

For they don’t speak peace, but they devise deceitful words against those who are quiet in the land.

Und sie haben ihr Maul gegen mich aufgesperrt; sie haben gesagt: Haha! Haha! Unser Auge hat es gesehen!

Y ensancharon sobre mí su boca; dijeron: ¡Ea, ea, nuestros ojos lo han visto!

Yea, they opened their mouth wide against me, and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.

Yes, they opened their mouth wide against me. They said, “Aha! Aha! Our eye has seen it!”

Du hast es gesehen, HERR; schweige nicht! Herr, sei nicht fern von mir!

Tú lo has visto, oh Jehová; no calles: Señor, de mí no te alejes.

This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence: O Lord, be not far from me.

You have seen it, LORD. Don’t keep silent. Lord, don’t be far from me.

Wache auf und erwache zu meinem Recht, mein Gott und Herr, zu meinem Rechtsstreit!

Muévete y despierta para mi juicio, para mi causa, Dios mío y Señor mío.

Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment, even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.

Wake up! Rise up to defend me, my God! My Lord, contend for me!

Schaffe mir Recht nach deiner Gerechtigkeit, HERR, mein Gott! Und lass sie sich nicht über mich freuen!

Júzgame conforme á tu justicia, Jehová Dios mío; y no se alegren de mí.

Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me.

Vindicate me, LORD my God, according to your righteousness. Don’t let them gloat over me.

Lass sie nicht in ihrem Herzen sagen: Haha, so wollten wir es! Lass sie nicht sagen: Wir haben ihn verschlungen!

No digan en su corazón: ¡Ea, alma nuestra! No digan: ¡Hémoslo devorado!

Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up.

Don’t let them say in their heart, “Aha! That’s the way we want it!” Don’t let them say, “We have swallowed him up!”

Lass sie beschämt und mit Scham bedeckt werden allesamt, die meines Unglücks sich freuen! Lass mit Scham und Schande bekleidet werden, die gegen mich großtun!

Avergüéncense, y sean confundidos á una los que de mi mal se alegran: vístanse de vergüenza y de confusión los que se engrandecen contra mí.

Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me.

Let them be disappointed and confounded together who rejoice at my calamity. Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor who magnify themselves against me.

Lass jubeln und sich freuen, die Lust haben an meiner Gerechtigkeit, und lass sie stets sagen: Erhoben sei der HERR, der Lust hat an seines Knechtes Wohlfahrt!

Canten y alégrense los que están á favor de mi justa causa, y digan siempre: Sea ensalzado Jehová, que ama la paz de su siervo.

Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.

Let those who favor my righteous cause shout for joy and be glad. Yes, let them say continually, “May the LORD be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant!”

Und meine Zunge wird reden von deiner Gerechtigkeit, von deinem Lob den ganzen Tag.

Y mi lengua hablará de tu justicia, y de tu loor todo el día.

And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.

My tongue shall talk about your righteousness and about your praise all day long.
