Salmo de David, para recordar. JEHOVÁ, no me reprendas en tu furor, ni me castigues en tu ira.
O LORD, rebuke me not in thy wrath: neither chasten me in thy hot displeasure.
LORD, don’t rebuke me in your wrath, neither chasten me in your hot displeasure.
Porque tus flechas se clavaron en mí, Y tu mano descendió sobre mí.
Porque tus saetas descendieron á mí, y sobre mí ha caído tu mano.
For thine arrows stick fast in me, and thy hand presseth me sore.
For your arrows have pierced me, your hand presses hard on me.
Nada íntegro hay en mi cuerpo a causa de tu indignación, Ni hay paz en mis huesos a causa de mi pecado.
No hay sanidad en mi carne á causa de tu ira; ni hay paz en mis huesos á causa de mi pecado.
There is no soundness in my flesh because of thine anger; neither is there any rest in my bones because of my sin.

Porque mis iniquidades sobrepasan mi cabeza, Y como pesada carga se agravan sobre mí.
Porque mis iniquidades han pasado mi cabeza: como carga pesada se han agravado sobre mí.
For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: as an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.

Mis heridas hieden y supuran por causa de mi locura.
Pudriéronse, corrompiéronse mis llagas, á causa de mi locura.
My wounds stink and are corrupt because of my foolishness.

Estoy encorvado y abatido en gran manera. Todo el día ando ensombrecido
Estoy encorvado, estoy humillado en gran manera, ando enlutado todo el día.
I am troubled; I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long.
I am in pain and bowed down greatly. I go mourning all day long.
Porque mis órganos internos están llenos de ardor, Y nada sano hay en mi cuerpo.
Porque mis lomos están llenos de irritación, y no hay sanidad en mi carne.
For my loins are filled with a loathsome disease: and there is no soundness in my flesh.
For my waist is filled with burning. There is no soundness in my flesh.
Estoy debilitado y molido en extremo. Gimo a causa de la perturbación de mi corazón.
Estoy debilitado y molido en gran manera; bramo á causa de la conmoción de mi corazón.
I am feeble and sore broken: I have roared by reason of the disquietness of my heart.
I am faint and severely bruised. I have groaned by reason of the anguish of my heart.
¡Oh ʼAdonay, ante Ti está todo mi deseo, Y mi suspiro no te es oculto!
Señor, delante de ti están todos mis deseos; y mi suspiro no te es oculto.
Lord, all my desire is before thee; and my groaning is not hid from thee.
Lord, all my desire is before you. My groaning is not hidden from you.
Mi corazón palpita, me falta el vigor, Y aun la luz de mis ojos me falta.
Mi corazón está acongojado, hame dejado mi vigor; y aun la misma luz de mis ojos no está conmigo.
My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also is gone from me.
My heart throbs. My strength fails me. As for the light of my eyes, it has also left me.
Mis amigos y mis compañeros están lejos de mi herida. Mis allegados permanecen a distancia.
Mis amigos y mis compañeros se quitaron de delante de mi plaga; y mis cercanos se pusieron lejos.
My lovers and my friends stand aloof from my sore; and my kinsmen stand afar off.

Los que buscan mi vida Me arman trampas. Los que procuran ofenderme Me amenazan con destrucción y traman fraudes todo el día.
Y los que buscaban mi alma armaron lazos; y los que procuraban mi mal hablaban iniquidades, y meditaban fraudes todo el día.
They also that seek after my life lay snares for me: and they that seek my hurt speak mischievous things, and imagine deceits all the day long.

Pero yo, como si fuera sordo no escucho, Y soy como un mudo, que no abre su boca.
Mas yo, como si fuera sordo, no oía; y estaba como un mudo, que no abre su boca.
But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth.
But I, as a deaf man, don’t hear. I am as a mute man who doesn’t open his mouth.
Sí, soy como un hombre que no oye, Y en cuya boca no hay respuesta.
Fuí pues como un hombre que no oye, y que en su boca no tiene reprensiones.
Thus I was as a man that heareth not, and in whose mouth are no reproofs.
Yes, I am as a man who doesn’t hear, in whose mouth are no reproofs.
Porque en Ti, oh Yavé, espero. Tú, ʼAdonay, mi ʼElohim, me responderás.
Porque á ti, oh Jehová, esperé yo: tú responderás, Jehová Dios mío.
For in thee, O LORD, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God.
For I hope in you, LORD. You will answer, Lord my God.
Porque dije: No se alegren de mí. No se engrandezcan contra mí cuando mi pie resbale,
Porque dije: Que no se alegren de mí: cuando mi pie resbalaba, sobre mí se engrandecían.
For I said, Hear me, lest otherwise they should rejoice over me: when my foot slippeth, they magnify themselves against me.
For I said, “Don’t let them gloat over me, or exalt themselves over me when my foot slips.”
Porque estoy a punto de caer Y mi dolor está continuamente ante mí.
Empero yo estoy á pique de claudicar, y mi dolor está delante de mí continuamente.
For I am ready to halt, and my sorrow is continually before me.
For I am ready to fall. My pain is continually before me.
Por tanto, confieso mi iniquidad. Me contristé por mi pecado.
Por tanto denunciaré mi maldad; congojaréme por mi pecado.
For I will declare mine iniquity; I will be sorry for my sin.

Pero mis enemigos son vigorosos y fuertes, Y se aumentaron los que me aborrecen sin causa.
Porque mis enemigos están vivos y fuertes: y hanse aumentado los que me aborrecen sin causa:
But mine enemies are lively, and they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully are multiplied.
But my enemies are vigorous and many. Those who hate me without reason are numerous.
Los que pagan mal por bien me son hostiles, Porque sigo lo bueno.
Y pagando mal por bien me son contrarios, por seguir yo lo bueno.
They also that render evil for good are mine adversaries; because I follow the thing that good is.
They who give evil for good are also adversaries to me, because I follow what is good.
¡No me desampares, oh Yavé, mi ʼElohim! ¡No te alejes de mí!
No me desampares, oh Jehová: Dios mío, no te alejes de mí.
Forsake me not, O LORD: O my God, be not far from me.
Don’t forsake me, LORD. My God, don’t be far from me.
¡Apresúrate a socorrerme, oh ʼAdonay, salvación mía!
Apresúrate á ayudarme, oh Señor, mi salud.
Make haste to help me, O Lord my salvation.
Hurry to help me, Lord, my salvation.
