Felices son los que confían en el Señor, quienes no piden la ayuda de los arrogantes ni adoran ídolos.
Bienaventurado el hombre que puso á Jehová por su confianza, y no mira á los soberbios, ni á los que declinan á la mentira.
Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Señor y Dios mío, has hecho tantas cosas maravillosas por nosotros, y nos tienes tantos planes preparados. Nadie se compara contigo. Quiero decirles a todos las cosas que has hecho, las bendiciones son tantas que ni las puedo contar.
Aumentado has tú, oh Jehová Dios mío, tus maravillas; y tus pensamientos para con nosotros, no te los podremos contar: si yo anunciare y hablare de ellos, no pueden ser enarrados.
Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

He anunciado las buenas nuevas a toda la congregación. Como sabes, Señor, no me quedo quieto.
Anunciado he justicia en grande congregación: he aquí no detuve mis labios, Jehová, tú lo sabes.
I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.

No he mantenido la verdad de tu bondad escondida en mi interior, he hablado de tu integridad y de tu salvación. No le he ocultado tu fidelidad ni tu amor inefable a la congregación.
No encubrí tu justicia dentro de mi corazón: tu verdad y tu salvación he dicho: no oculté tu misericordia y tu verdad en grande concurso.
I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

Señor, no retires de mí tu misericordia. Qué tu amor y tu verdad siempre sean mi protección.

Porque estoy pasando por muchos problemas, ¡Son tantos que no puedo contarlos! Mis pecados se han acumulado formando una gran pila, no puedo ni siquiera ver por encima de ellos. ¡Son más que el número de cabellos en mi cabeza! ¡Siento que me voy a rendir!
Porque me han cercado males hasta no haber cuento: hanme comprendido mis maldades, y no puedo levantar la vista: hanse aumentado más que los cabellos de mi cabeza, y mi corazón me falta.
For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.

Derrota y humilla a los que están intentando matarme; lleva desgracia a los que están tratando de herirme.
Sean avergonzados y confusos á una los que buscan mi vida para cortarla: vuelvan atrás y avergüéncense los que mi mal desean.
Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.
Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt.
Que al momento de la derrota se sorprendan aquellos que intentaban burlarse de mí.
Sean asolados en pago de su afrenta los que me dicen: ¡Ea, ea!
Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.
Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!”
Pero que todos los que vengan a ti se alegren y sean felices. Que todos los que te amen y aman tu salvación digan, “¡El Señor es grande!”
Gócense y alégrense en ti todos los que te buscan; y digan siempre los que aman tu salud: Jehová sea ensalzado.
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.

Mientras tanto yo, soy un pobre y estoy necesitado. Que el Señor piense en mí. ¡Ayúdame! ¡Sálvame! ¡No esperas más, Dios mío!
Aunque afligido yo y necesitado, Jehová pensará de mí: mi ayuda y mi libertador eres tú; Dios mío, no te tardes.
But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.
