Was beugst du dich nieder, meine Seele, und bist unruhig in mir? Harre auf Gott! Denn ich werde ihn noch preisen für die Rettung seines Angesichts.

Dios mío, mi alma está en mí abatida: acordaréme por tanto de ti desde tierra del Jordán, y de los Hermonitas, desde el monte de Mizhar.

O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar.

My God, my soul is in despair within me. Therefore I remember you from the land of the Jordan, the heights of Hermon, from the hill Mizar.
