humildes e nobres, ricos e pobres.
Así los plebeyos como los nobles, el rico y el pobre juntamente.
Both low and high, rich and poor, together.

Minha boca falará com sabedoria, e a meditação do meu coração será com entendimento.
Mi boca hablará sabiduría; y el pensamiento de mi corazón inteligencia.
My mouth shall speak of wisdom; and the meditation of my heart shall be of understanding.

Inclinarei meus ouvidos a uma parábola, começarei meu enigma com a harpa.
Acomodaré á ejemplos mi oído: declararé con el arpa mi enigma.
I will incline mine ear to a parable: I will open my dark saying upon the harp.

Por que temerei os dias maus, quando a iniquidade me envolver até os calcanhares?
¿Por qué he de temer en los días de adversidad, cuando la iniquidad de mis insidiadores me cercare?
Wherefore should I fear in the days of evil, when the iniquity of my heels shall compass me about?
Why should I fear in the days of evil, when iniquity at my heels surrounds me?
Por que temerei àqueles que confiam em suas riquezas e se vangloriam com a quantidade de seus bens?
Los que confían en sus haciendas, y en la muchedumbre de sus riquezas se jactan,
They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;

É certo que ninguém pode remir seu irmão ou dar a Deus resgate por ele,
Ninguno de ellos podrá en manera alguna redimir al hermano, ni dar á Dios su rescate.
None of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give to God a ransom for him:

pois a redenção de uma vida é custosa e ninguém pode pagar o que devemos.

pois ele verá deterioração. Homens sábios morrem; o tolo e o estúpido também perecem e deixam suas riquezas para os outros.

Em seus pensamentos íntimos, suas famílias continuarão para sempre e os lugares onde vivem serão para todas as gerações. Eles dão seus próprios nomes às suas terras.
En su interior tienen que sus casas serán eternas, y sus habitaciones para generación y generación: llamaron sus tierras de sus nombres.
Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names.

Mas, mesmo tendo riquezas, o homem não permanece vivo para sempre; ele é como as feras que perecem.

Like sheep they are laid in the grave; death shall feed on them; and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning; and their beauty shall consume in the grave from their dwelling.
They are appointed as a flock for Sheol. Death shall be their shepherd. The upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. Their beauty shall decay in Sheol, far from their mansion.

Não temas quando alguém se tornar rico, quando o poder de sua casa aumentar,

pois, quando morrer, nada levará consigo; sua glória não irá com ele.
Porque en muriendo no llevará nada, ni descenderá tras él su gloria.
For when he dieth he shall carry nothing away: his glory shall not descend after him.

Aquele que tem riqueza, mas não tem entendimento, é como as feras que perecem.
