The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.

De Sión, perfección de hermosura, ha Dios resplandecido.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.

Be merciful to me, O God, according to your great mercy. And, according to the plentitude of your compassion, wipe out my iniquity.
Vendrá nuestro Dios, y no callará: fuego consumirá delante de él, y en derredor suyo habrá tempestad grande.
Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.
Wash me once again from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin.
Convocará á los cielos de arriba, y á la tierra, para juzgar á su pueblo.
He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.
He calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that he may judge his people:
For I know my iniquity, and my sin is ever before me.
Juntadme mis santos; los que hicieron conmigo pacto con sacrificio.
Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.
“Gather my saints together to me, those who have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.”
Against you only have I sinned, and I have done evil before your eyes. And so, you are justified in your words, and you will prevail when you give judgment.
Y denunciarán los cielos su justicia; porque Dios es el juez. (Selah.)
And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is judge himself. Selah.

For behold, I was conceived in iniquities, and in sinfulness did my mother conceive me.
Oye, pueblo mío, y hablaré: escucha, Israel, y testificaré contra ti: yo soy Dios, el Dios tuyo.
Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God.
“Hear, my people, and I will speak. Israel, I will testify against you. I am God, your God.
For behold, you have loved truth. The obscure and hidden things of your wisdom, you have manifested to me.
No te reprenderé sobre tus sacrificios, ni por tus holocaustos, que delante de mí están siempre.
I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
You will sprinkle me with hyssop, and I will be cleansed. You will wash me, and I will be made whiter than snow.
No tomaré de tu casa becerros, ni machos cabríos de tus apriscos.
I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.
In my hearing, you will grant gladness and rejoicing. And the bones that have been humbled will exult.
Porque mía es toda bestia del bosque, y los millares de animales en los collados.
For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.
For every animal of the forest is mine, and the livestock on a thousand hills.
Turn your face away from my sins, and erase all my iniquities.
Conozco todas las aves de los montes, y en mi poder están las fieras del campo.
I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.
I know all the birds of the mountains. The wild animals of the field are mine.
Create a clean heart in me, O God. And renew an upright spirit within my inmost being.
Si yo tuviese hambre, no te lo diría á ti: porque mío es el mundo y su plenitud.
If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.
If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.
Do not cast me away from your face; and do not take your Holy Spirit from me.
¿Tengo de comer yo carne de toros, ó de beber sangre de machos cabríos?
Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
Will I eat the meat of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and confirm me with an unsurpassed spirit.
Sacrifica á Dios alabanza, y paga tus votos al Altísimo.
Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.
I will teach the unjust your ways, and the impious will be converted to you.
E invócame en el día de la angustia: te libraré, y tú me honrarás.
And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
Free me from blood, O God, the God of my salvation, and my tongue will extol your justice.
Pero al malo dijo Dios: ¿Qué tienes tú que enarrar mis leyes, y que tomar mi pacto en tu boca,
But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
But to the wicked God says, “What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
O Lord, you will open my lips, and my mouth will announce your praise.
Pues que tú aborreces el castigo, y echas á tu espalda mis palabras?
Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?
For if you had desired sacrifice, I would certainly have given it, but with holocausts, you will not be delighted.
Si veías al ladrón, tú corrías con él; y con los adúlteros era tu parte.
When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
A crushed spirit is a sacrifice to God. A contrite and humbled heart, O God, you will not spurn.
Tu boca metías en mal, y tu lengua componía engaño.
Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
“You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
Act kindly, Lord, in your good will toward Zion, so that the walls of Jerusalem may be built up.
Tomabas asiento, y hablabas contra tu hermano; contra el hijo de tu madre ponías infamia.
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son.
You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
Then you will accept the sacrifice of justice, oblations, and holocausts. Then they will lay calves upon your altar.
Estas cosas hiciste, y yo he callado: pensabas que de cierto sería yo como tú: yo te argüiré, y pondrélas delante de tus ojos.
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.

Entended ahora esto, los que os olvidáis de Dios; no sea que arrebate, sin que nadie libre.
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be no one to deliver.
—
El que sacrifica alabanza me honrará: y al que ordenare su camino, le mostraré la salud de Dios.
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
