Salmo de Asaph. EL Dios de dioses, Jehová, ha hablado, y convocado la tierra desde el nacimiento del sol hasta donde se pone.
The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.
The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks, and calls the earth from sunrise to sunset.
De Sión es de donde saldrá el esplendor de su gloria.
De Sión, perfección de hermosura, ha Dios resplandecido.
Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined.

Vendrá Dios manifiestamente; vendrá nuestro Dios, y no callará. Llevará delante de sí un fuego devorador; alrededor de él una tempestad horrorosa.

Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him.
Our God comes, and does not keep silent. A fire devours before him. It is very stormy around him.

Y los cielos anunciarán su justicia, por cuanto es Dios el juez.

No te haré cargo por tus sacrificios; pues a la vista tengo siempre holocaustos tuyos.
No te reprenderé sobre tus sacrificios, ni por tus holocaustos, que delante de mí están siempre.
I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me.
I don’t rebuke you for your sacrifices. Your burnt offerings are continually before me.
No aceptaré de tu casa becerros, ni machos cabríos de tus rebaños;
No tomaré de tu casa becerros, ni machos cabríos de tus apriscos.
I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds.
I have no need for a bull from your stall, nor male goats from your pens.
porque mías son todas las fieras silvestres, los ganados que pacen en los montes y los bueyes.
Porque mía es toda bestia del bosque, y los millares de animales en los collados.
For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

Conozco todas las aves del cielo y en mi poder están las amenas campiñas.

I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine.

Si yo tuviese hambre no acudiría a ti; porque mía es la tierra y cuanto ella contiene.
Si yo tuviese hambre, no te lo diría á ti: porque mío es el mundo y su plenitud.
If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof.

¿Acaso he de comer yo la carne de los toros, o he de beber la sangre de los machos cabríos?

Ofrece a Dios sacrificio de alabanza, y cumple tus promesas al Altísimo;
Sacrifica á Dios alabanza, y paga tus votos al Altísimo.
Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High:
Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.
e invócame en el día de la tribulación: Yo te libraré, y tú me honrarás con tus alabanzas.
E invócame en el día de la angustia: te libraré, y tú me honrarás.
And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.
Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
Pero al pecador le dijo Dios: ¿Cómo tú te metes a hablar de mis mandamientos, y tomas en tu boca mi alianza?
Pero al malo dijo Dios: ¿Qué tienes tú que enarrar mis leyes, y que tomar mi pacto en tu boca,
But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth?
But to the wicked God says, “What right do you have to declare my statutes, that you have taken my covenant on your lips,
Puesto que tú aborreces la enseñanza, y echaste al trenzado mis palabras.
Pues que tú aborreces el castigo, y echas á tu espalda mis palabras?
Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee.
since you hate instruction, and throw my words behind you?
Si veías un ladrón, corrías con él; y te asociabas con los adúlteros.
Si veías al ladrón, tú corrías con él; y con los adúlteros era tu parte.
When thou sawest a thief, then thou consentedst with him, and hast been partaker with adulterers.
When you saw a thief, you consented with him, and have participated with adulterers.
Tu boca fue muy maldiciente, y urdidora de engaños tu lengua.
Tu boca metías en mal, y tu lengua componía engaño.
Thou givest thy mouth to evil, and thy tongue frameth deceit.
“You give your mouth to evil. Your tongue frames deceit.
De asiento te ponías a hablar contra tu hermano, y armabas lazos al hijo de tu misma madre.
Tomabas asiento, y hablabas contra tu hermano; contra el hijo de tu madre ponías infamia.
Thou sittest and speakest against thy brother; thou slanderest thine own mother’s son.
You sit and speak against your brother. You slander your own mother’s son.
Estas cosas has hecho, y yo he callado. Pensaste injustamente que yo había de ser en un todo como tú; mas yo te pediré cuenta de ellas, y te las echaré en cara.
Estas cosas hiciste, y yo he callado: pensabas que de cierto sería yo como tú: yo te argüiré, y pondrélas delante de tus ojos.
These things hast thou done, and I kept silence; thou thoughtest that I was altogether such an one as thyself: but I will reprove thee, and set them in order before thine eyes.
You have done these things, and I kept silent. You thought that I was just like you. I will rebuke you, and accuse you in front of your eyes.
Entended esto bien, vosotros que andáis olvidados de Dios; no sea que algún día os arrebate, sin que haya nadie que pueda libraros.
Entended ahora esto, los que os olvidáis de Dios; no sea que arrebate, sin que nadie libre.
Now consider this, ye that forget God, lest I tear you in pieces, and there be none to deliver.
“Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you into pieces, and there be no one to deliver.
El que me ofrece sacrificio de alabanza, ése es el que me honra; y ése es el camino por el cual manifestaré al hombre la salvación de Dios.
El que sacrifica alabanza me honrará: y al que ordenare su camino, le mostraré la salud de Dios.
Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God.
Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”
