Agravios maquina tu lengua: como navaja amolada hace engaño.

¡Amas la perversidad más que el bien! ¡Y la mentira más que la verdad!

Pero Dios te derribará de un golpe; te echará de tu casa; a rastras te sacará de la tierra de los vivientes.
Por tanto Dios te derribará para siempre: te asolará y te arrancará de tu morada, y te desarraigará de la tierra de los vivientes. (Selah.)

He aquí el hombre que no puso á Dios por su fortaleza, sino que confió en la multitud de sus riquezas, y se mantuvo en su maldad.
Lo, this is the man that made not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.

Pero yo soy como olivo que florece en la casa del Señor. Confío en el gran amor de Dios para siempre jamás.
Mas yo estoy como oliva verde en la casa de Dios: en la misericordia de Dios confío perpetua y eternalmente.
But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever and ever.

Señor, te alabaré eternamente por tus obras. Y esperaré tus misericordias, en la presencia de tu pueblo.
Te alabaré para siempre por lo que has hecho: y esperaré en tu nombre, porque es bueno, delante de tus santos.
I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints.
I will give you thanks forever, because you have done it. I will hope in your name, for it is good, in the presence of your saints.
