Al Músico principal: sobre Mahalath: Masquil de David. DIJO el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios. Corrompiéronse é hicieron abominable maldad: no hay quien haga bien.

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity. There is no one who does good.

Es sagt (sagte) †der Narr in seinem Herzen (es sagte sich der Narr):„Es gibt keinen Gott!“Sie begehen und verbrechen (begingen und verbrachen) Untat†Es gibt (gab) keinen, †der Gutes tut.

Dios desde los cielos miró sobre los hijos de los hombres, por ver si hay algún entendido que busque á Dios.

God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God.

God looks down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there are any who understood, who seek after God.

Gott beugte (beugt) sich (blickt?) vom Himmel herab Über †die Menschenkinder,Um zu sehen, †ob es gibt einen Klugen,Einen Gott-Sucher (einen Klugen, †der Gott sucht):

Cada uno se había vuelto atrás; todos se habían corrompido: no hay quien haga bien, no hay ni aun uno.

Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Every one of them has gone back. They have become filthy together. There is no one who does good, no, not one.

„Sie alle sind (waren) abgewichen,Sämtlich sind (waren) sie verdorben.Keinen †gibt (gab) es, †der Gutes tut;Keinen. Auch nicht einen †einzigen.

¿No tienen conocimiento todos esos que obran iniquidad? que comen á mi pueblo como si comiesen pan: á Dios no han invocado.

Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

Wissen †denn nicht†s †die Übel-Täter,†Die mein Volk fressen?Sie fressen Brot,†Doch Gott rufen sie nicht an.“

Allí se sobresaltaron de pavor donde no había miedo: porque Dios ha esparcido los huesos del que asentó campo contra ti: los avergonzaste, porque Dios los desechó.

There were they in great fear, where no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth against thee: thou hast put them to shame, because God hath despised them.

Da erschraken sie einen Schrecken,†Wie es nie †zuvor Schrecken gab,Denn Gott zerstreute die Knochen des bei dir Lagernden;Du machtest †ihn zuschanden, denn Gott verwarf sie. Möge es doch vom Zion Rettung für Israel geben!Wenn Gott das Geschick (die Gefangenschaft) seines Volkes wendet,Möge Jakob jubeln, Israel sich freuen!

¡Oh quién diese de Sión saludes á Israel! En volviendo Dios la cautividad de su pueblo, gozarse ha Jacob, y alegraráse Israel.

Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
