Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication.

Nimm zu Ohren, o Gott, mein Gebet, und verbirg dich nicht vor meinem Flehen!
Estáme atento, y respóndeme: clamo en mi oración, y levanto el grito,
Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
Attend to me, and answer me. I am restless in my complaint, and moan
Horche auf mich und antworte mir! Ich irre umher in meiner Klage und muss stöhnen
A causa de la voz del enemigo, por la opresión del impío; porque echaron sobre mí iniquidad, y con furor me han amenazado.
Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.

vor der Stimme des Feindes, vor der Bedrückung des Gottlosen; denn sie wälzen Unheil auf mich, und im Zorn feinden sie mich an.

My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.

Mein Herz ängstigte sich in meinem Innern, und Todesschrecken haben mich befallen.
Temor y temblor vinieron sobre mí, y terror me ha cubierto.
Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me.

Furcht und Zittern kamen mich an, und Schauder bedeckte mich.
Y dije: ¡Quién me diese alas como de paloma! volaría yo, y descansaría.

Deshace, oh Señor, divide la lengua de ellos; porque he visto violencia y rencilla en la ciudad.
Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues: for I have seen violence and strife in the city.

Vernichte, Herr, zerteile ihre Zunge! Denn Gewalttat und Streit habe ich in der Stadt gesehen.
Día y noche la rodean sobre sus muros; é iniquidad y trabajo hay en medio de ella.
Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof: mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it.
Day and night they prowl around on its walls. Malice and abuse are also within her.
Tag und Nacht machen sie die Runde um sie auf ihren Mauern; und Unheil und Mühsal sind in ihrer Mitte.
Agravios hay en medio de ella, y el fraude y engaño no se apartan de sus plazas.
Wickedness is in the midst thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streets.
Destructive forces are within her. Threats and lies don’t depart from her streets.
Schadentun ist in ihrer Mitte, und Bedrückung und Trug weichen nicht von ihrer Straße.
Porque no me afrentó un enemigo, lo cual habría soportado; ni se alzó contra mí el que me aborrecía, porque me hubiera ocultado de él:
For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:
For it was not an enemy who insulted me, then I could have endured it. Neither was it he who hated me who raised himself up against me, then I would have hidden myself from him.
Denn nicht ein Feind ist es, der mich höhnt, sonst würde ich es ertragen; nicht mein Hasser ist es, der gegen mich großgetan hat, sonst würde ich mich vor ihm verbergen;
Mas tú, hombre, al parecer íntimo mío, mi guía, y mi familiar:

die wir trauten Umgang miteinander pflogen, ins Haus Gottes wandelten mit der Menge.
Condenados sean á muerte, desciendan vivos al infierno: porque maldades hay en su compañía, entre ellos.
Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is among them, in their dwelling.
Der Tod überrasche sie! Lebendig mögen sie hinabfahren in den Scheol, denn Bosheiten sind in ihrer Wohnung, in ihrem Innern.
Yo á Dios clamaré; y Jehová me salvará.
As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.

Ich aber, ich rufe zu Gott, und der HERR rettet mich.
Tarde y mañana y á medio día oraré y clamaré; y él oirá mi voz.
Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.

Abends und morgens und mittags muss ich klagen und stöhnen, und er hört meine Stimme.
El ha redimido en paz mi alma de la guerra contra mí; pues fueron contra mí muchos.
He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, although there are many who oppose me.
Er hat meine Seele in Frieden erlöst aus dem Kampf gegen mich; denn ihrer sind viele gegen mich gewesen.
Dios oirá, y los quebrantará luego, el que desde la antigüedad permanece (Selah); por cuanto no se mudan, ni temen á Dios.
God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
God, who is enthroned forever, will hear and answer them. Selah. They never change and don’t fear God.
Hören wird Gott und sie demütigen – er thront ja von alters her (Sela) –; weil es keine Änderung bei ihnen gibt und sie Gott nicht fürchten.
Extendió sus manos contra sus pacíficos: violó su pacto.
He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant.

Er hat seine Hände ausgestreckt gegen die, die mit ihm in Frieden waren; seinen Bund hat er gebrochen.

Glatt sind die Milchworte seines Mundes, und Krieg ist sein Herz; geschmeidiger sind seine Worte als Öl, und sie sind gezogene Schwerter.
Echa sobre Jehová tu carga, y él te sustentará; no dejará para siempre caído al justo.
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Cast your burden on the LORD and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Wirf auf den HERRN, was dir auferlegt ist, und er wird dich erhalten; er wird nimmermehr zulassen, dass der Gerechte wanke!
Mas tú, oh Dios, harás descender aquéllos al pozo de la sepultura: los hombres sanguinarios y engañadores no demediarán sus días: empero yo confiaré en ti.
But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.

Und du, Gott, wirst sie hinabstürzen in die Grube des Verderbens; die Männer des Blutes und des Truges werden nicht zur Hälfte bringen ihre Tage. Ich aber werde auf dich vertrauen.
