Ouça-me com atenção e responda-me! Eu não consigo entender meus problemas e estou muito perturbado.
Estáme atento, y respóndeme: clamo en mi oración, y levanto el grito,
Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise;
Attend to me, and answer me. I am restless in my complaint, and moan
Meus inimigos gritam ameaças contra mim; os homens maus me rodeiam. Lançam males sobre mim, com ódio e furor.
A causa de la voz del enemigo, por la opresión del impío; porque echaron sobre mí iniquidad, y con furor me han amenazado.
Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me.

Dentro do peito meu coração acelera, com medo da morte.
Mi corazón está doloroso dentro de mí, y terrores de muerte sobre mí han caído.
My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me.
My heart is severely pained within me. The terrors of death have fallen on me.
Sou dominado pelo temor e pelo tremor; o pavor tomou conta de mim.
Temor y temblor vinieron sobre mí, y terror me ha cubierto.
Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me.
Fearfulness and trembling have come on me. Horror has overwhelmed me.
Então eu disse: “Quem dera que eu tivesse asas como uma pomba! Voaria para longe até encontrar um lugar de paz.
Y dije: ¡Quién me diese alas como de paloma! volaría yo, y descansaría.
And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest.

Voaria rápido até os desertos distantes e lá teria o meu abrigo.
Ciertamente huiría lejos: moraría en el desierto. (Selah.)
Lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah.

Assim poderia achar um abrigo para escapar do vendaval e da tempestade”.
Apresuraríame á escapar del viento tempestuoso, de la tempestad.
I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest.
“I would hurry to a shelter from the stormy wind and storm.”
Senhor, provoque confusão e desentendimento entre os meus inimigos; faça com que sejam destruídos pela sua própria violência na cidade.
Deshace, oh Señor, divide la lengua de ellos; porque he visto violencia y rencilla en la ciudad.
Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues: for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
Confuse them, Lord, and confound their language, for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
De dia e de noite, rondam a cidade, andando sobre os muros. Espalham a maldade e a miséria dentro de Jerusalém.
Día y noche la rodean sobre sus muros; é iniquidad y trabajo hay en medio de ella.
Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof: mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it.
Day and night they prowl around on its walls. Malice and abuse are also within her.
Dentro da cidade existem morte e destruição; nas ruas acontecem opressão e exploração.
Agravios hay en medio de ella, y el fraude y engaño no se apartan de sus plazas.
Wickedness is in the midst thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streets.
Destructive forces are within her. Threats and lies don’t depart from her streets.
Quem me ofende não é um inimigo. Se fosse, eu ainda poderia aguentar; poderia fugir e me esconder.
Porque no me afrentó un enemigo, lo cual habría soportado; ni se alzó contra mí el que me aborrecía, porque me hubiera ocultado de él:
For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him:
For it was not an enemy who insulted me, then I could have endured it. Neither was it he who hated me who raised himself up against me, then I would have hidden myself from him.
Quem está me traindo é você, meu companheiro, meu amigo do peito!
Mas tú, hombre, al parecer íntimo mío, mi guía, y mi familiar:
But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance.
But it was you, a man like me, my companion, and my familiar friend.
Costumávamos andar juntos, conversando alegremente enquanto íamos ao templo de Deus com o seu povo.
Que juntos comunicábamos dulcemente los secretos, á la casa de Dios andábamos en compañía.
We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.
We took sweet fellowship together. We walked in God’s house with company.
Que a morte apanhe essa gente de surpresa, porque seus corações e seus lares estão imundos de pecado.
Condenados sean á muerte, desciendan vivos al infierno: porque maldades hay en su compañía, entre ellos.
Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them.
Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is among them, in their dwelling.
Mas eu pedirei ajuda a Deus, e o Senhor me salvará.
Yo á Dios clamaré; y Jehová me salvará.
As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me.
As for me, I will call on God. The LORD will save me.
Eu oro angustiado pela manhã, ao meio-dia e à tarde, e ele ouve a minha voz.
Tarde y mañana y á medio día oraré y clamaré; y él oirá mi voz.
Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.
Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.
Muita gente me persegue e tenta me destruir, mas ele me salva e dá paz à minha alma.
El ha redimido en paz mi alma de la guerra contra mí; pues fueron contra mí muchos.
He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me.
He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, although there are many who oppose me.
Deus, que reina desde a eternidade, me ouvirá; dará aos meus inimigos o que eles merecem, porque não respeitam a Deus, nem se arrependem.
Dios oirá, y los quebrantará luego, el que desde la antigüedad permanece (Selah); por cuanto no se mudan, ni temen á Dios.
God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God.
God, who is enthroned forever, will hear and answer them. Selah. They never change and don’t fear God.
Esse falso amigo atacou quem vivia em paz com ele; não cumpriu os compromissos que havia feito.
Extendió sus manos contra sus pacíficos: violó su pacto.
He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant.
He raises his hands against his friends. He has violated his covenant.
Suas palavras eram mais macias do que manteiga, mas no coração planejava a morte. Suas palavras pareciam ser mais suaves do que o óleo, mas na verdade eram facas afiadas.
Ablandan más que manteca su boca, pero guerra hay en su corazón: suavizan sus palabras más que el aceite, mas ellas son cuchillos.
The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords.

Entregue todas as suas preocupações ao Senhor. Ele levará o peso dos seus problemas. Ele nunca deixará que o justo venha a tropeçar e cair.
Echa sobre Jehová tu carga, y él te sustentará; no dejará para siempre caído al justo.
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Cast your burden on the LORD and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Mas Deus lançará no mais profundo abismo da destruição aqueles assassinos e traidores, por isso vão morrer muito cedo; não viverão a metade dos seus dias. Quanto a mim, porém, confio no Senhor para sempre!
Mas tú, oh Dios, harás descender aquéllos al pozo de la sepultura: los hombres sanguinarios y engañadores no demediarán sus días: empero yo confiaré en ti.
But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee.
