Toi donc, ô Eternel ! Dieu des armées, Dieu d’Israël, réveille-toi pour visiter toutes les nations ; ne fais point de grâce à pas un de ceux qui outragent perfidement ; Sélah.

Volveránse á la tarde, ladrarán como perros, y rodearán la ciudad.

They return at evening: they make a noise like a dog, and go round about the city.

They return at evening, howling like dogs, and prowl around the city.
