1PORGI l'orecchio alle mie parole, o Signore; Intendi la mia meditazione.
2Re mio, e Dio mio, attendi alla voce del mio grido; Perciocchè io t'indirizzo la mia orazione.
3Signore, ascolta da mattina la mia voce; Da mattina io ti spiego i miei desii, e sto aspettando.
4Perciocchè tu non sei un Dio che prenda piacere nell'empietà; Il malvagio non può dimorar teco.
5Gl'insensati non possono comparir davanti agli occhi tuoi; Tu odii tutti gli operatori d'iniquità.
6Tu farai perire tutti quelli che parlano con menzogna; Il Signore abbomina l'uomo di sangue e di frode.
7Ma io, per la grandezza della tua benignità, entrerò nella tua Casa, E adorerò verso il Tempio della tua santità, nel tuo timore.
8Signore, guidami per la tua giustizia, per cagion de' miei insidiatori; Addirizza davanti a me la tua via.
9Perciocchè nella bocca loro non v'è dirittura alcuna; L'interior loro non è altro che malizie; La lor gola è un sepolcro aperto, Lusingano colla lor lingua.
10Condannali, o Dio; Scadano da' lor consigli; Scacciali per la moltitudine de' lor misfatti; Perciocchè si son ribellati contro a te.
11E rallegrinsi tutti quelli che si confidano in te, E cantino in eterno, e sii lor protettore; E festeggino in te Quelli che amano il tuo Nome.
12Perciocchè tu, Signore, benedirai il giusto; Tu l'intornierai di benevolenza, come d'uno scudo.

2Está atento á la voz de mi clamor, Rey mío y Dios mío, porque á ti oraré.
3Oh Jehová, de mañana oirás mi voz; de mañana me presentaré á ti, y esperaré.
4Porque tú no eres un Dios que ame la maldad: el malo no habitará junto á ti.
5No estarán los insensatos delante de tus ojos: aborreces á todos los que obran iniquidad.
6Destruirás á los que hablan mentira: al hombre de sangres y de engaño abominará Jehová.
7Y yo en la multitud de tu misericordia entraré en tu casa: adoraré hacia el templo de tu santidad en tu temor.
8Guíame, Jehová, en tu justicia á causa de mis enemigos; endereza delante de mí tu camino.
9Porque no hay en su boca rectitud: sus entrañas son pravedades; sepulcro abierto su garganta: con su lengua lisonjearán.
10Desbarátalos, oh Dios; caigan de sus consejos: por la multitud de sus rebeliones échalos, porque se rebelaron contra ti.
11Y alegrarse han todos los que en ti confían; para siempre darán voces de júbilo, porque tú los defiendes: y en ti se regocijarán los que aman tu nombre.
12Porque tú, oh Jehová, bendecirás al justo; lo cercarás de benevolencia como con un escudo.

1Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
2Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
3My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
4For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee.
5The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity.
6Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.
7But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.
8Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face.
9For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue.
10Destroy thou them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee.
11But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
12For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

1Give ear to my words, LORD. Consider my meditation.
2Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God, for I pray to you.
3LORD, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.
4For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you.
5The arrogant will not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.
6You will destroy those who speak lies. The LORD abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.
7But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will come into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.
8Lead me, LORD, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before my face.
9For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue.
10Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels. Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.
11But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.
12For you will bless the righteous. LORD, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.
