Salmo de David, estando en el desierto de Judá. DIOS, Dios mío eres tú: levantaréme á ti de mañana: mi alma tiene sed de ti, mi carne te desea, en tierra de sequedad y transida sin aguas;
O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
God, you are my God. I will earnestly seek you. My soul thirsts for you. My flesh longs for you, in a dry and weary land, where there is no water.
O Gott, du bist mein Gott: dich suche ich,</title> es dürstet nach dir meine Seele; es lechzt nach dir mein Leib wie dürres, schmachtendes, wasserloses Land.
Para ver tu fortaleza y tu gloria, así como te he mirado en el santuario.
To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
So I have seen you in the sanctuary, watching your power and your glory.
So hab’ ich nach dir im Heiligtum ausgeschaut, um deine Macht und Herrlichkeit zu erblicken;
Porque mejor es tu misericordia que la vida: mis labios te alabarán.
Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
Because your loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise you.
denn deine Gnade ist besser als das Leben: meine Lippen sollen dich rühmen.
Así te bendeciré en mi vida: en tu nombre alzaré mis manos.
Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
So I will bless you while I live. I will lift up my hands in your name.
So will ich dich preisen mein Leben lang, in deinem Namen meine Hände erheben.
Como de meollo y de grosura será saciada mi alma; y con labios de júbilo te alabará mi boca,
My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

Wie an Mark und Fett ersättigt sich meine Seele, und mit jubelnden Lippen lobpreist mein Mund,
Cuando me acordaré de ti en mi lecho, cuando meditaré de ti en las velas de la noche.
When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches.
when I remember you on my bed, and think about you in the night watches.
so oft ich deiner gedenke auf meinem Lager, in den Stunden der Nacht über dich sinne;
Porque has sido mi socorro; y así en la sombra de tus alas me regocijaré.
Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
For you have been my help. I will rejoice in the shadow of your wings.
denn du bist mir ein Helfer gewesen, und im Schatten deiner Flügel darf ich jubeln.
Está mi alma apegada á ti: tu diestra me ha sostenido.
My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
My soul stays close to you. Your right hand holds me up.
Meine Seele klammert sich an dich, aufrecht hält mich deine rechte Hand.
Mas los que para destrucción buscaron mi alma, caerán en los sitios bajos de la tierra.
But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
But those who seek my soul to destroy it shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
Doch sie, die nach dem Leben mir trachten, mich zu verderben, sie werden in der Erde unterste Tiefen fahren.
Destruiránlos á filo de espada; serán porción de las zorras.
They shall fall by the sword: they shall be a portion for foxes.
They shall be given over to the power of the sword. They shall be jackal food.
Man wird sie der Schärfe des Schwerts überliefern; die Beute der Schakale werden sie sein.
Empero el rey se alegrará en Dios; será alabado cualquiera que por él jura: porque la boca de los que hablan mentira, será cerrada.
But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that sweareth by him shall glory: but the mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped.
But the king shall rejoice in God. Everyone who swears by him will praise him, for the mouth of those who speak lies shall be silenced.
Der König dagegen wird Gottes sich freuen: Ruhm wird ernten ein jeder, der bei ihm schwört; den Lügnern dagegen wird der Mund gestopft werden.
