Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
Hear my voice, God, in my complaint. Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
Höre, Gott, meine Stimme in meiner Klage; vor dem Schrecken des Feindes behüte mein Leben!
Escóndeme del secreto consejo de los malignos; de la conspiración de los que obran iniquidad:
Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;
Verbirg mich vor dem geheimen Rat der Übeltäter, vor der Rotte derer, die Frevel tun!
Que amolaron su lengua como cuchillo, y armaron por su saeta palabra amarga;
Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,
Die ihre Zunge geschärft haben wie ein Schwert, ihren Pfeil angelegt, bitteres Wort,
Para asaetear á escondidas al íntegro: de improviso lo asaetean, y no temen.
That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
to shoot innocent men from ambushes. They shoot at him suddenly and fearlessly.
um im Versteck zu schießen auf den Tadellosen: Plötzlich schießen sie auf ihn und scheuen sich nicht.
Obstinados en su inicuo designio, tratan de esconder los lazos, y dicen: ¿Quién los ha de ver?
They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, “Who will see them?”
Sie stärken sich in einer bösen Sache; sie reden davon, Fallstricke zu verbergen; sie sagen: Wer wird uns sehen?
Inquieren iniquidades, hacen una investigación exacta; y el íntimo pensamiento de cada uno de ellos, así como el corazón, es profundo.
They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
They plot injustice, saying, “We have made a perfect plan!” Surely man’s mind and heart are cunning.
Sie denken Schlechtigkeiten aus: „Wir haben es fertig, der Plan ist ausgedacht!“ Und eines jeden Inneres und Herz ist tief.
Mas Dios los herirá con saeta; de repente serán sus plagas.
But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.
But God will shoot at them. They will be suddenly struck down with an arrow.
Aber Gott schießt auf sie – plötzlich kommt ein Pfeil: Ihre Wunden sind da.
Y harán caer sobre sí sus mismas lenguas: se espantarán todos los que los vieren.
So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
Their own tongues shall ruin them. All who see them will shake their heads.
Und sie werden zu Fall gebracht, ihre Zungekommt über sie; alle, die sie sehen, werden den Kopf schütteln.
Y temerán todos los hombres, y anunciarán la obra de Dios, y entenderán su hecho.
And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.
All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done.
Und es werden sich fürchten alle Menschen, und das Tun Gottes verkünden und sein Werk erwägen.
Alegraráse el justo en Jehová, y confiaráse en él; y se gloriarán todos los rectos de corazón.
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall take refuge in him. All the upright in heart shall praise him!
Der Gerechte wird sich in dem HERRN freuen und bei ihm Zuflucht suchen; und es werden sich rühmen alle von Herzen Aufrichtigen.
