Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

Ecoute, ô Dieu, ma voix lorsque je me plains, préserve ma vie de la crainte de l'ennemi.
Escóndeme del secreto consejo de los malignos; de la conspiración de los que obran iniquidad:
Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
Hide me from the conspiracy of the wicked, from the noisy crowd of the ones doing evil;
Protège-moi contre le complot des malfaiteurs, contre le tumulte des artisans d'iniquité,
Que amolaron su lengua como cuchillo, y armaron por su saeta palabra amarga;
Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
who sharpen their tongue like a sword, and aim their arrows, deadly words,
qui aiguisent leur langue comme un glaive, décochent comme des flèches des paroles amères,
Para asaetear á escondidas al íntegro: de improviso lo asaetean, y no temen.
That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
to shoot innocent men from ambushes. They shoot at him suddenly and fearlessly.
tirant en secret sur l'homme intègre, la visant soudainement, sans rien craindre.
Obstinados en su inicuo designio, tratan de esconder los lazos, y dicen: ¿Quién los ha de ver?
They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
They encourage themselves in evil plans. They talk about laying snares secretly. They say, “Who will see them?”
ils s'affermissent dans leurs funestes desseins, se vantent hautement de dresser des embûches, se demandant qui les verra.
Inquieren iniquidades, hacen una investigación exacta; y el íntimo pensamiento de cada uno de ellos, así como el corazón, es profundo.
They search out iniquities; they accomplish a diligent search: both the inward thought of every one of them, and the heart, is deep.
They plot injustice, saying, “We have made a perfect plan!” Surely man’s mind and heart are cunning.
Ils s'ingénient à inventer de mauvais coups, exécutent des plans bien médités : l'être intime de l'homme, son cœur, est insondable.
Mas Dios los herirá con saeta; de repente serán sus plagas.
But God shall shoot at them with an arrow; suddenly shall they be wounded.
But God will shoot at them. They will be suddenly struck down with an arrow.
Mais Dieu les atteint; à l'improviste ses flèches leur infligent des blessures.
Y harán caer sobre sí sus mismas lenguas: se espantarán todos los que los vieren.
So they shall make their own tongue to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.
Their own tongues shall ruin them. All who see them will shake their heads.
Leur propre langue prépare leur chute; quiconque les aperçoit hoche la tête.
Y temerán todos los hombres, y anunciarán la obra de Dios, y entenderán su hecho.
And all men shall fear, and shall declare the work of God; for they shall wisely consider of his doing.
All mankind shall be afraid. They shall declare the work of God, and shall wisely ponder what he has done.
Tous les hommes en seront saisis de crainte; ils proclameront l'œuvre de Dieu, et comprendront le sens de ses actes.
Alegraráse el justo en Jehová, y confiaráse en él; y se gloriarán todos los rectos de corazón.
The righteous shall be glad in the LORD, and shall trust in him; and all the upright in heart shall glory.

Le juste aura sa joie en l’Eternel et se mettra sous son abri, et tous les cœurs droits pourront se féliciter.
