Estoy hundido en lodo profundo, Y no hay donde asentar pie. Entré en aguas profundas, Y un diluvio me inunda.

Estoy hundido en cieno profundo, donde no hay pie: he venido á abismos de aguas, y la corriente me ha anegado.
