Auch verlaft mich nicht, Gott, im Alter, wenn ich grau werde, bis ich deinen Arm verkündige Kindeskindern und deine Kraft alien, die noch kommen sollen.

Y aun hasta la vejez y las canas; oh Dios, no me desampares, hasta que denuncie tu brazo á la posteridad, tus valentías á todos los que han de venir.

Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy power to every one that is to come.

Yes, even when I am old and gray-haired, God, don’t forsake me, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your might to everyone who is to come.
