Salmo de Asaph. CIERTAMENTE bueno es Dios á Israel, á los limpios de corazón.
Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart.

Mas quanto a mim, meus pés quase deslizaram; meus pés quase escorregaram debaixo de mim,

Pois eles não passam por aflições nem na morte, mas são fortes e bem alimentados.

Eles são livres das cargas dos outros mortais; não são afligidos como os outros homens.

They are not in trouble as other men; neither are they plagued like other men.

O orgulho os adorna como um colar em volta de seus pescoços; a violência os veste como um manto.
Por tanto soberbia los corona: cúbrense de vestido de violencia.
Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain; violence covereth them as a garment.

De tal cegueira vem o pecado; maus pensamentos passam através de seus corações.
Sus ojos están salidos de gruesos: logran con creces los antojos del corazón.
Their eyes stand out with fatness: they have more than heart could wish.
Their eyes bulge with fat. Their minds pass the limits of conceit.
Zombeteiramente, dizem coisas más; orgulhosamente, eles ameaçam com violência.
Soltáronse, y hablan con maldad de hacer violencia; hablan con altanería.
They are corrupt, and speak wickedly concerning oppression: they speak loftily.
They scoff and speak with malice. In arrogance, they threaten oppression.
Com a boca falam contra os céus, e suas línguas perambulam pela terra.
Ponen en el cielo su boca, y su lengua pasea la tierra.
They set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.
They have set their mouth in the heavens. Their tongue walks through the earth.
Desta forma, o seu povo se volta para eles e bebe, abundantemente, de suas palavras.
Por eso su pueblo vuelve aquí, y aguas de lleno les son exprimidas.
Therefore his people return hither: and waters of a full cup are wrung out to them.
Therefore their people return to them, and they drink up waters of abundance.
Eles dizem: "Como Deus sabe? Tem algum conhecimento o Altíssimo?"
Y dicen: ¿Cómo sabe Dios? ¿y hay conocimiento en lo alto?
And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
They say, “How does God know? Is there knowledge in the Most High?”
Essas pessoas são perversas; elas estão sempre despreocupadas, tornando-se cada vez mais ricas.
He aquí estos impíos, sin ser turbados del mundo, alcanzaron riquezas.
Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches.

Eles se tornam uma desolação num momento, e são totalmente consumidos de pavor.
¡Cómo han sido asolados! ¡cuán en un punto! Acabáronse, fenecieron con turbaciones.
How are they brought into desolation, as in a moment! they are utterly consumed with terrors.
How they are suddenly destroyed! They are completely swept away with terrors.
Eles são como um sonho depois que se acorda; Yahweh, quando Te levantares, Tu nada pensarás sobre eles.

As a dream when one awaketh; so, O Lord, when thou awakest, thou shalt despise their image.

Mas quanto a mim, tudo o que eu preciso fazer é me aproximar de Deus. Eu fiz de Yahweh Deus o meu refúgio. Eu proclamarei todos os Teus feitos.
Y en cuanto á mí, el acercarme á Dios es el bien: he puesto en el Señor Jehová mi esperanza, para contar todas tus obras.
But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, that I may declare all thy works.
But it is good for me to come close to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.
