Masquil de Asaph. ¿POR qué, oh Dios, nos has desechado para siempre? ¿por qué ha humeado tu furor contra las ovejas de tu dehesa?
O God, why hast thou cast us off for ever? why doth thine anger smoke against the sheep of thy pasture?
God, why have you rejected us forever? Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture?
Traz à lembrança o Teu povo, aquele que redimiste nos tempos antigos, aquele que adquiriste para ser Tua própria herança, e o monte Sião, onde Tu habitas.
Acuérdate de tu congregación, que adquiriste de antiguo, cuando redimiste la vara de tu heredad; este monte de Sión, donde has habitado.
Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.
Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance: Mount Zion, in which you have lived.
Vem ver as ruínas completas, todo o dano que o inimigo fez no lugar santo.
Levanta tus pies á los asolamientos eternos: á todo enemigo que ha hecho mal en el santuario.
Lift up thy feet unto the perpetual desolations; even all that the enemy hath done wickedly in the sanctuary.

Teus adversários rugiram no meio do lugar que Tu designaste; eles hastearam suas bandeiras de batalha.
Tus enemigos han bramado en medio de tus sinagogas: han puesto sus divisas por señas.
Thine enemies roar in the midst of thy congregations; they set up their ensigns for signs.
Your adversaries have roared in the middle of your assembly. They have set up their standards as signs.
Eles o destruíram com machados, como se fosse uma densa floresta.
Cualquiera se hacía famoso según que había levantado el hacha sobre los gruesos maderos.
A man was famous according as he had lifted up axes upon the thick trees.
They behaved like men wielding axes, cutting through a thicket of trees.
Eles esmagaram e quebraram todos os entalhes de madeira; eles os quebraram com machados e martelos.
Y ahora con hachas y martillos han quebrado todas sus entalladuras.
But now they break down the carved work thereof at once with axes and hammers.
Now they break all its carved work down with hatchet and hammers.
E atearam fogo em Teu santuário; eles profanaram o local onde vives, lançando-o ao chão.
Han puesto á fuego tus santuarios, han profanado el tabernáculo de tu nombre echándolo á tierra.
They have cast fire into thy sanctuary, they have defiled by casting down the dwelling place of thy name to the ground.
They have burned your sanctuary to the ground. They have profaned the dwelling place of your Name.
Disseram em seus corações: "Nós destruiremos todos eles". E queimaram todos os Teus santuários no país.
Dijeron en su corazón: Destruyámoslos de una vez; han quemado todas las sinagogas de Dios en la tierra.
They said in their hearts, Let us destroy them together: they have burned up all the synagogues of God in the land.
They said in their heart, “We will crush them completely.” They have burned up all the places in the land where God was worshiped.
Nós não vemos mais nenhum sinal milagroso de Deus; não há mais profetas, e ninguém dentre nós sabe quanto tempo isso vai durar.
No vemos ya nuestras señales: no hay más profeta; ni con nosotros hay quien sepa hasta cuándo.
We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet: neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.
We see no miraculous signs. There is no longer any prophet, neither is there among us anyone who knows how long.
Até quando, ó Deus, o inimigo continuará a insultar-Te? O inimigo blasfemará o Teu nome para sempre?
¿Hasta cuándo, oh Dios, el angustiador nos afrentará? ¿ha de blasfemar el enemigo perpetuamente tu nombre?
O God, how long shall the adversary reproach? shall the enemy blaspheme thy name for ever?

Por que reténs a Tua mão, a Tua mão direita? Tira a Tua mão direita das Tuas vestes e os destrói.
¿Por qué retraes tu mano, y tu diestra? ¿por qué la escondes dentro de tu seno?
Why withdrawest thou thy hand, even thy right hand? pluck it out of thy bosom.
Why do you draw back your hand, even your right hand? Take it from your chest and consume them!
Mas Deus tem sido meu Rei desde os tempos antigos, trazendo salvação à terra.
Empero Dios es mi rey ya de antiguo; el que obra saludes en medio de la tierra.
For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.

Tu dividiste o mar pela Tua força; esmagaste as cabeças dos monstros marinhos nas águas.
Tú hendiste la mar con tu fortaleza: quebrantaste cabezas de ballenas en las aguas.
Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
You divided the sea by your strength. You broke the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.
Tu esmagaste a cabeça do Leviatã e o deste como alimento para aqueles que vivem no deserto.
Tú magullaste las cabezas del leviathán; dístelo por comida al pueblo de los desiertos.
Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
You broke the heads of Leviathan in pieces. You gave him as food to people and desert creatures.
Abriste fontes e córregos; secaste rios perenes.
Tú abriste fuente y río; tú secaste ríos impetuosos.
Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.

O dia é Teu, e a noite é Tua também; colocaste o sol e a lua em seu lugar.

Estabeleceste todos os limites da terra; Tu fizeste o verão e o inverno.

Relembra-Te como o inimigo diz insultos contra Ti, Yahweh, como aquele povo tolo que blasfemou Teu nome.
Acuérdate de esto: que el enemigo ha dicho afrentas á Jehová, y que el pueblo insensato ha blasfemado tu nombre.
Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.

Não entregues a vida de Tua pomba a um animal selvagem. Não Te esqueças para sempre da vida do Teu povo oprimido.
No entregues á las bestias el alma de tu tórtola: y no olvides para siempre la congregación de tus afligidos.
O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
Don’t deliver the soul of your dove to wild beasts. Don’t forget the life of your poor forever.
Traz à mente Tua aliança, pois as regiões escuras da terra estão cheias de violência.

Não Te esqueças da voz de Teu adversário ou do alvoroço dos que continuam a desafiar-Te.
No olvides las voces de tus enemigos: el alboroto de los que se levantan contra ti sube continuamente.
Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
Don’t forget the voice of your adversaries. The tumult of those who rise up against you ascends continually.
