1Te damos gracias, oh Dios, te damos gracias, porque tu Nombre está cerca; todos cuentan tus maravillosas obras.
2“En el momento que yo he señalado, juzgaré con justicia.
3Aunque tiemble la tierra y todos sus habitantes, yo mantengo firmes sus columnas”. Selah.
4A los arrogantes les digo: “¡No se jacten!” Y a los malvados: “¡No hagan alarde de su poder!
5No levanten su frente con orgullo, ni hablen con tanta altivez”.
6Porque la grandeza no viene del oriente ni del occidente, ni tampoco viene del desierto.
7Es Dios quien juzga; a uno humilla y a otro exalta.
8Porque en la mano de Yahvé hay una copa, llena de vino espumoso mezclado con especias. Él lo derrama, y todos los malvados de la tierra se lo beberán hasta el fondo.
9Pero yo anunciaré esto para siempre; cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob.
10“Destruiré todo el poder de los malvados, pero el poder de los justos será exaltado”.

1Al Músico principal: sobre No destruyas: Salmo de Asaph: Cántico. ALABARÉMOSTE, oh Dios, alabaremos; que cercano está tu nombre: cuenten tus maravillas.
2Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.
3Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.)
4Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:
5No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.
6Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.
7Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.
8Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.
9Mas yo anunciaré siempre, cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob.
10Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.

1Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
2When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
3The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.
4I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
5Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
6For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
7But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
8For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
9But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
World English Bible
1We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.
2When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.
3The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.
4I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.
5Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”
6For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
7But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.
8For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.
9But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
10I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
