Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.
“En el momento que yo he señalado, juzgaré con justicia.
Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.
When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.
Aunque tiemble la tierra y todos sus habitantes, yo mantengo firmes sus columnas”. Selah.

A los arrogantes les digo: “¡No se jacten!” Y a los malvados: “¡No hagan alarde de su poder!
Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:
I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.
No levanten su frente con orgullo, ni hablen con tanta altivez”.
No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.
Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”
Porque la grandeza no viene del oriente ni del occidente, ni tampoco viene del desierto.
Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
Es Dios quien juzga; a uno humilla y a otro exalta.
Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.
But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Porque en la mano de Yahvé hay una copa, llena de vino espumoso mezclado con especias. Él lo derrama, y todos los malvados de la tierra se lo beberán hasta el fondo.
Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

“Destruiré todo el poder de los malvados, pero el poder de los justos será exaltado”.
Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
