(Dem Vorsänger. „Verdirb nicht!“ Ein Psalm von Asaph, ein Lied.)

Al Músico principal: sobre No destruyas: Salmo de Asaph: Cántico. ALABARÉMOSTE, oh Dios, alabaremos; que cercano está tu nombre: cuenten tus maravillas.

Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.

Wir preisen dich, o Gott, wir preisen dich; und nahe ist dein Name, deine Wundertaten verkündigen es.

Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.

When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.

„Wenn ich die Versammlung empfangen werde, will ich in Geradheit richten.

Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.)

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.

Zerschmolzen sind die Erde und alle ihre Bewohner: Ich habe ihre Säulen festgestellt.“ (Sela.)

Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.

Ich sprach zu den Übermütigen: Seid nicht übermütig! Und zu den Gottlosen: Erhebt nicht das Horn!

No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”

Erhebt nicht hoch euer Horn; redet nicht Freches mit gerecktem Hals!

Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.

Denn nicht von Osten, noch von Westen, und nicht von Süden her kommt Erhöhung.

Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.

Denn Gott ist Richter; diesen erniedrigt er, und jenen erhöht er.

Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.

For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

Denn ein Becher ist in der Hand des HERRN, und er schäumt von Wein, ist voll von Würzwein, und er schenkt daraus: ja, seine Hefen müssen schlürfend trinken alle Gottlosen der Erde.

Mas yo anunciaré siempre, cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

Ich aber, ich will es verkünden ewiglich, will Psalmen singen dem Gott Jakobs.

Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.

All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

Und alle Hörner der Gottlosen werde ich abhauen; es werden erhöht werden die Hörner der Gerechten.
