Al Músico principal: sobre No destruyas: Salmo de Asaph: Cántico. ALABARÉMOSTE, oh Dios, alabaremos; que cercano está tu nombre: cuenten tus maravillas.

Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.

We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.

Wir preisen dich, Gott, wir preisen!</title> Denn nahe ist uns dein Name: deine Wundertaten verkünden ihn.

Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.

When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.

When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.

»Wenn ich die Zeit gekommen erachte, dann halte ich gerechtes Gericht.

Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.)

The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

The earth and all its inhabitants quake. I firmly hold its pillars. Selah.

Mag wanken die Erde mit allen ihren Bewohnern: ich bin’s, der ihre Säulen festgestellt.SELA.

Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:

I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:

I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.

Ich rufe den Stolzen zu: ›Seid nicht stolz!‹ und den Frevlern: ›Hebt den Kopf nicht hoch!

No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.

Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.

Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”

Hebt euren Kopf nicht gar so hoch, redet nicht vermessen mit gerecktem Hals!‹« –

Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.

For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.

For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.

Denn nicht vom Aufgang (der Sonne) noch vom Niedergang und nicht von der Wüste her kommt die Erhöhung;

Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.

But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.

nein, Gott ist’s, der da richtet: diesen erniedrigt und jenen erhöht er.

Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.

For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.

Denn ein Becher ist in der Hand des HERRN mit schäumendem Wein, voll von berauschender Mischung; und er schenkt daraus ein: sogar die Hefen davon müssen schlürfen und trinken alle Frevler der Erde.

Mas yo anunciaré siempre, cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob.

But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

Ich aber will das ewig verkünden, will lobsingen dem Gotte Jakobs;

Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.

All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.

und alle Hörner der Frevler will ich abhaun, doch die Hörner der Gerechten sollen erhöht sein.
