Unto thee, O God, do we give thanks, unto thee do we give thanks: for that thy name is near thy wondrous works declare.
We give thanks to you, God. We give thanks, for your Name is near. Men tell about your wondrous works.
Dios . Cuando llegare mi tiempo, yo juzgaré con justicia todas las cosas.
Cuando yo tuviere tiempo, yo juzgaré rectamente.
When I shall receive the congregation I will judge uprightly.
When I choose the appointed time, I will judge blamelessly.
Se derretirá la tierra con todos sus habitantes. Yo fui quien dio firmeza a sus columnas.
Arruinábase la tierra y sus moradores: yo sostengo sus columnas. (Selah.)
The earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved: I bear up the pillars of it. Selah.

Profeta . Dije a los malvados: No queráis cometer más la maldad; y a los pecadores: No os enorgullezcáis ponderando vuestro poder.
Dije á los insensatos: No os infatuéis; y á los impíos: No levantéis el cuerno:
I said unto the fools, Deal not foolishly: and to the wicked, Lift not up the horn:
I said to the arrogant, “Don’t boast!” I said to the wicked, “Don’t lift up the horn.
No levantéis con insolencia vuestras cabezas; cesad de hablar blasfemias contra Dios.
No levantéis en alto vuestro cuerno; no habléis con cerviz erguida.
Lift not up your horn on high: speak not with a stiff neck.
Don’t lift up your horn on high. Don’t speak with a stiff neck.”
Porque ni por el oriente, ni por el occidente, ni por los desiertos montes tendréis escape,
Porque ni de oriente, ni de occidente, ni del desierto viene el ensalzamiento.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south.
For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation.
pues el juez es Dios. El abate a uno, y ensalza a otro;
Mas Dios es el juez: á éste abate, y á aquél ensalza.
But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.

porque el Señor tiene en la mano un cáliz de vino puro, lleno de amarga mistura, y le hace pasar de uno a otro; mas no por eso se han apurado sus últimos tragos, las han de beber todos los pecadores de la tierra.
Porque el cáliz está en la mano de Jehová, y el vino es tinto, lleno de mistura; y él derrama del mismo: ciertamente sus heces chuparán y beberán todos los impíos de la tierra.
For in the hand of the LORD there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.
For in the LORD’s hand there is a cup, full of foaming wine mixed with spices. He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs.
Yo anunciaré y cantaré eternamente las alabanzas al Dios de Jacob .
Mas yo anunciaré siempre, cantaré alabanzas al Dios de Jacob.
But I will declare for ever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.

Dios . Y yo abatiré todo el orgullo de los pecadores, y haré que los justos levanten la cabeza.
Y quebraré todos los cuernos de los pecadores: los cuernos del justo serán ensalzados.
All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.
I will cut off all the horns of the wicked, but the horns of the righteous shall be lifted up.
