Al Músico principal: para Jeduthún: Salmo de Asaph. CON mi voz clamé á Dios, á Dios clamé, y él me escuchará.

I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.

My cry goes to God! Indeed, I cry to God for help, and for him to listen to me.

Laut ruf’ ich zu Gott, ja ich will schreien,</title> laut ruf’ ich zu Gott: »Ach, höre mein Flehen!«

Al Señor busqué en el día de mi angustia: mi mal corría de noche, y no cesaba: mi alma rehusaba consuelo.

In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

Wenn Drangsalszeiten über mich kommen, such’ ich den Allherrn; meine Hand ist nachts ohn’ Ermatten ausgestreckt, meine Seele will sich nicht trösten lassen.

Acordábame de Dios, y gritaba: quejábame, y desmayaba mi espíritu. (Selah.)

I remembered God, and was troubled: I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. Selah.

Denk’ ich an Gott, so muß ich seufzen; sinne ich nach, so verzagt mein Geist.SELA.

Tenías los párpados de mis ojos: estaba yo quebrantado, y no hablaba.

Thou holdest mine eyes waking: I am so troubled that I cannot speak.

You hold my eyelids open. I am so troubled that I can’t speak.

Du hältst mir die Augenlider offen, ich bin voll Unruhe und kann nicht reden.

Consideraba los días desde el principio, los años de los siglos.

Ich überdenke die Tage der Vorzeit, die längst entschwundenen Jahre;

Acordábame de mis canciones de noche; meditaba con mi corazón, y mi espíritu inquiría.

I call to remembrance my song in the night: I commune with mine own heart: and my spirit made diligent search.

I remember my song in the night. I consider in my own heart; my spirit diligently inquires:

ich denke bei Nacht an mein Saitenspiel, ich sinne in meinem Herzen nach, und es grübelt mein Geist und fragt:

¿Desechará el Señor para siempre, y no volverá más á amar?

Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?

“Will the Lord reject us forever? Will he be favorable no more?

»Wird der Allherr auf ewig verstoßen und niemals wieder Gnade üben?

¿Hase acabado para siempre su misericordia? ¿hase acabado la palabra suya para generación y generación?

Is his mercy clean gone for ever? doth his promise fail for evermore?

Has his loving kindness vanished forever? Does his promise fail for generations?

Ist seine Güte für immer erschöpft? sind seine Verheißungen abgetan für alle Zukunft?

¿Ha olvidado Dios el tener misericordia? ¿ha encerrado con ira sus piedades? (Selah.)

Hath God forgotten to be gracious? hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? Selah.

Has God forgotten to be gracious? Has he, in anger, withheld his compassion?” Selah.

Hat Gott vergessen, gnädig zu sein, oder im Zorn sein Erbarmen verschlossen?«SELA.

Y dije: Enfermedad mía es esta; traeré pues á la memoria los años de la diestra del Altísimo.

And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.

Da sagte ich mir: »Das bekümmert mich schmerzlich, daß das Walten des Höchsten sich hat geändert.«

Acordaréme de las obras de JAH: sí, haré yo memoria de tus maravillas antiguas.

I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old.

I will remember the LORD’s deeds; for I will remember your wonders of old.

Ich will gedenken der Taten des HERRN, will gedenken deiner Wunder von der Vorzeit her,

Y meditaré en todas tus obras, y hablaré de tus hechos.

I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.

I will also meditate on all your work, and consider your doings.

will sinnen über all dein Tun und deine großen Taten erwägen.

Oh Dios, en santidad es tu camino: ¿qué Dios grande como el Dios nuestro?

Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?

Your way, God, is in the sanctuary. What god is great like God?

O Gott, erhaben ist dein Weg: wo ist eine Gottheit so groß wie Gott?

Tú eres el Dios que hace maravillas: tú hiciste notoria en los pueblos tu fortaleza.

Thou art the God that doest wonders: thou hast declared thy strength among the people.

You are the God who does wonders. You have made your strength known among the peoples.

Du bist der Gott, der Wunder tut, du hast deine Macht an den Völkern bewiesen,

Con tu brazo redimiste á tu pueblo, á los hijos de Jacob y de José. (Selah.)

Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

You have redeemed your people with your arm, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

hast dein Volk erlöst mit starkem Arm, die Kinder Jakobs und Josephs.SELA.

Viéronte las aguas, oh Dios; viéronte las aguas, temieron; y temblaron los abismos.

The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they were afraid: the depths also were troubled.

The waters saw you, God. The waters saw you, and they writhed. The depths also convulsed.

Als die Wasser dich sahen, o Gott, als die Wasser dich sahen, erbebten sie, auch die Tiefen des Weltmeers zitterten;

Las nubes echaron inundaciones de aguas; tronaron los cielos, y discurrieron tus rayos.

The clouds poured out water: the skies sent out a sound: thine arrows also went abroad.

The clouds poured out water. The skies resounded with thunder. Your arrows also flashed around.

die Wolken ergossen sich in strömenden Regen, das Gewölk ließ Donner erkrachen, und deine Pfeile fuhren einher;

Anduvo en derredor el sonido de tus truenos; los relámpagos alumbraron el mundo; estremecióse y tembló la tierra.

The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven: the lightnings lightened the world: the earth trembled and shook.

The voice of your thunder was in the whirlwind. The lightnings lit up the world. The earth trembled and shook.

deine Donnerstimme dröhnte am Himmelsgewölbe, Blitze erhellten den Erdkreis, es bebte und schwankte die Erde.

En la mar fué tu camino, y tus sendas en las muchas aguas; y tus pisadas no fueron conocidas.

Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.

Your way was through the sea, your paths through the great waters. Your footsteps were not known.

Durchs Meer ging dein Weg dahin und dein Pfad durch gewaltige Fluten; doch deine Spuren waren nicht zu erkennen.

Condujiste á tu pueblo como ovejas, por mano de Moisés y de Aarón.

Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

You led your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Du hast dein Volk geführt wie eine Herde unter Leitung von Mose und Aaron.
