Parce qu’ils n’avaient point cru en Dieu, et ne s’étaient point confiés en sa délivrance.

Por cuanto no habían creído á Dios, ni habían confiado en su salud:

Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:

because they didn’t believe in God, and didn’t trust in his salvation.
