Salmos 78

Er aber war barmherzig und vergab die Missetat und vertilgte sie nicht; und wendete oft seinen Zorn ab und liefi nicht seinen ganzen Zorn gehen.

Empero él misericordioso, perdonaba la maldad, y no los destruía: y abundó para apartar su ira, y no despertó todo su enojo.

But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.
