Nimm zu Ohren, mein Volk, mein Gesetz, zu meines Mundes Reden neigt euer Ohr!

Masquil de Asaph. ESCUCHA, pueblo mío, mi ley: inclinad vuestro oído á las palabras de mi boca.

Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.

Nicht wollen wir es verhehlen ihren Söhnen, wollen dem späteren Geschlecht Jehovahs Lob erzählen, und Seine Stärke und Seine Wunder, die Er getan hat.

No las encubriremos á sus hijos, contando á la generación venidera las alabanzas de Jehová, y su fortaleza, y sus maravillas que hizo.

We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

Und Er richtete ein Zeugnis auf in Jakob und setzte ein Gesetz in Israel ein, das unseren Vätern Er gebot, sie ihren Söhnen zu wissen zu tun.

Auf daß es erkennete das spätere Geschlecht, die Söhne, die geboren werden, daß sie aufstünden und es ihren Söhnen erzähleten.

Darum hörte Jehovah, und Er wütete, und Feuer loderte auf gegen Jakob, und Zorn stieg auch auf wider Israel.

Brot der Gewaltigen aß der Mann, Zehrung sandte Er ihnen zur Sättigung.

Und Er ließ herfahren am Himmel den Ostwind, und trieb in Seiner Stärke den Südwind her.

Und ließ Fleisch regnen auf sie wie Staub, und wie Sand der Meere das geflügelte Gevögel.

E hizo llover sobre ellos carne como polvo, y aves de alas como arena de la mar.

He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:

Und ließ sie fallen mitten in sein Lager, rings um seine Wohnungen.

E hízolas caer en medio de su campo, alrededor de sus tiendas.

And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.

Und sie aßen und wurden sehr satt. Er brachte ihnen, wonach sie gelüsteten.

Da stieg auf wider sie der Zorn Gottes. Und Er würgte unter ihren Fetten, und streckte nieder Israels Jünglinge.

The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.

Bei all dem sündigten sie noch und glaubten nicht an Seine Wunder.

Con todo esto pecaron aún, y no dieron crédito á sus maravillas.

Wenn Er sie würgte, fragen sie nach Ihm, und kehrten zurück und verlangten frühe nach Gott.

Und sie gedachten, daß Gott ihr Fels und Gott, der Allerhöchste, ihr Erlöser sei.

Ihr Herz aber war nicht fest bei Ihm und waren nicht treu in Seinem Bund.

Pues sus corazones no eran rectos con él, ni estuvieron firmes en su pacto.

Er aber ist erbarmungsvoll, Er sühnte die Missetat und verdarb sie nicht, und kehrte vielmals zurück von Seinem Zorn und erweckte nicht all Seinen Grimm.

Und sie versuchten wieder Gott, und machten Kummer dem Heiligen Israels.

Sie gedachten nicht Seiner Hand des Tages, da Er aus der Drangsal sie einlöste.

No se acordaron de su mano, del día que los redimió de angustia;

Wie Er tat Seine Zeichen in Ägypten und Seine Wahrzeichen in Zoans Gefilde.

Und Er verwandelte in Blut ihre Ströme und ihre Bächlein, daß sie nicht trinken konnten.

Und wie Schafe ließ Er aufbrechen Sein Volk und geleitete es wie eine Herde in der Wüste.
