Laß vor dich kommen das Seufzen der Gefangenen; bewahre durch deinen gewaltigen Arm die dem Tode Geweihten,

Entre ante tu acatamiento el gemido de los presos: conforme á la grandeza de tu brazo preserva á los sentenciados á muerte.

Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die;

Let the sighing of the prisoner come before you. According to the greatness of your power, preserve those who are sentenced to death.
