O LORD my God, in thee do I put my trust: save me from all them that persecute me, and deliver me:
LORD, my God, I take refuge in you. Save me from all those who pursue me, and deliver me,
para que no me despedacen como un león, arrastrándome sin que nadie me pueda liberar.
No sea que arrebate mi alma, cual león que despedaza, sin que haya quien libre.
Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.

Yahvé, Dios mío, si he hecho esto, si mis manos han cometido alguna injusticia,
Jehová Dios mío, si yo he hecho esto, si hay en mis manos iniquidad;
O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
LORD, my God, if I have done this, if there is iniquity in my hands,
si le he pagado mal al que estaba en paz conmigo (yo que he librado al que sin motivo era mi enemigo),
Si dí mal pago al pacífico conmigo, (hasta he libertado al que sin causa era mi enemigo;)
If I have rewarded evil unto him that was at peace with me; (yea, I have delivered him that without cause is mine enemy:)
if I have rewarded evil to him who was at peace with me (yes, I have plundered him who without cause was my adversary),
que el enemigo me persiga y me alcance; que arrastre mi vida por el suelo, y pisotee mi honor en el polvo. Selah.

Arise, O LORD, in thine anger, lift up thyself because of the rage of mine enemies: and awake for me to the judgment that thou hast commanded.

Que la asamblea de los pueblos te rodee. Gobierna sobre ellos desde las alturas.

So shall the congregation of the people compass thee about: for their sakes therefore return thou on high.
Let the congregation of the peoples surround you. Rule over them on high.
Yahvé juzga a los pueblos. Júzgame, Yahvé, conforme a mi justicia, y según la integridad que hay en mí.
Jehová juzgará los pueblos: júzgame, oh Jehová, conforme á mi justicia y conforme á mi integridad.
The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.

¡Que se acabe la maldad de los malvados, pero mantén firme al justo! Porque tú, oh Dios justo, examinas los pensamientos y los corazones.
Consúmase ahora la malicia de los inicuos, y establece al justo; pues el Dios justo prueba los corazones y los riñones.
Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.

Mi escudo está en Dios, que salva a los de corazón sincero.

My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart.

Dios es un juez justo, un Dios que expresa su enojo todos los días.
Dios es el que juzga al justo: y Dios está airado todos los días contra el impío.
God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
God is a righteous judge, yes, a God who has indignation every day.
Si el hombre no se arrepiente, Dios afilará su espada; ya tiene su arco tenso y preparado.
Si no se convirtiere, él afilará su espada: armado tiene ya su arco, y lo ha preparado.
If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
If a man doesn’t repent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow.
Ha preparado también sus armas mortales; ha alistado sus flechas de fuego.
Asimismo ha aparejado para él armas de muerte; ha labrado sus saetas para los que persiguen.
He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.

Miren al que maquina el mal. Concibe la maldad, y da a luz la mentira.
He aquí ha tenido parto de iniquidad: concibió trabajo, y parió mentira.
Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood.
Behold, he travails with iniquity. Yes, he has conceived mischief, and brought out falsehood.
Cava un pozo muy hondo, y cae en la misma trampa que hizo.
Pozo ha cavado, y ahondádolo; y en la fosa que hizo caerá.
He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made.
El mal que causa se volverá contra él mismo. Su violencia le caerá sobre su propia cabeza.
Su trabajo se tornará sobre su cabeza, y su agravio descenderá sobre su mollera.
His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.
The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.
Le daré gracias a Yahvé por su justicia, y le cantaré salmos al nombre de Yahvé el Altísimo.
Alabaré yo á Jehová conforme á su justicia, y cantaré al nombre de Jehová el Altísimo.
I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high.
